The best in cox bazar

Disgusting, rooms pictures are not exact and also they’re asking for extra money to get the same room seen online, Also don’t have any facilities

Unfortunately food was not good according to my taste. Rather expensive too!

The room is big and the restaurant is big too

Check-in delayed due to system issues

Very nice hotel with very good service staff we came to cox bazar with a large group 150 people we thought it will take lots of time for check in to the room but we got our room early in the morning Mr.Ebrahim do all the checks in very smoothly he very good at his service we must say. All other departments are very good at three service.

It was absolutely awesome experience at Best Western Heritage. All staffs behaviour was nice. I am totally pleased. Specially Mr. Siju & Osman Goni in restaurant are Polite person and smile face It was a Great. So thanks Best Western. We will come again.

The food was great with many options. The quality was good as well and the breakfast menu changed everyday day which in my opinion is a good thing. The omelettes chef Rafia make was really nice and her behavior was good ...bread, chicken and cake taste is wow .. thanks to chef mizanur rahaman
