Bellísimo hotel enclavado en el centro de Coyoacán. La atención de Ximena es excepcional. Muy atenta a los detalles y necesidades particulares. Me hicieron sentir en casa en todo momento. Sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí. ¡Gracias a todo el equipo de Ágata Hotel.

Nous avons été traité au petit oignons par l'équipe de Agata hotel, qui allait au devant de nos besoins. Chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Petit bémol, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse car elle n'était pas encore nettoyé et placé mais tout le reste était plus de parfait. Un immense merci à Ximena qui était la pour répondre à nos moindres besoins. Merci infiniment Ximena.

Ximena was a great host and the hotel Is fantastic. Great value for money and age also helped us obtain tickets for the Frida Kahlo museum. The hotel is very well kept, with a nice courtyard featuring a mural painting. The breakfast is very good. All in all a great stay.

Increíble el hotel y aún mejor el servicio. Iván nos ha tratado genial y ha hecho que la experiencia sea inmejorable. Un 10 para él!! La ubicación es excelente y las instalaciones están genial. Buen desayuno, el té increíble y todo muy recomendable. La zona muy segura y tranquila pero cerca del ambiente

I recently stayed at the Agata as a solo traveler. I was a bit worried about traveling by myself and was not sure where to stay in huge sprawling Mexico City! I somehow stumbled on the Agata and could not have been happier! I LOVED my beautiful room with the marble bathroom. The Agata is an original Mexican house that has been completely re-modeled on the inside. It is very charming with a small courtyard, a deck, and art sprinkled throughout. Ivan at the front desk is wonderful and SO helpful with tips on where to eat and how to get around. Also, the kitchen staff make a wonderful two course breakfast every morning. I got to try some great Mexican food to get me started every day. I loved my stay so much that I am already planning a "pleasure" trip to Mexico City so that I can stay at the Agata again!

La experiencia es como estar en casa fuera de casa. La atención del personal definitivamente hace que la experiencia sea agradable. Te hacen sentir como en familia. Los desayunos son increíbles. Y las habitaciones son increíblemente cómodas.

El hotel es muy bonito, no tiene estacionamiento así que tuve que dejar el auto en la calle. No nos dejaron agua en la habitación. La bomba del agua se escucha cada 5 minutos así que no tuvimos un gran descanso. El desayuno muy rico. En el paquete de masaje decía botella de vino y chocolates, nos dieron una mini botella de vino que literal es una copa y dos chocolatitos, creo que por el precio se podría mejorar la experiencia de nos hizo muy caro el lugar y los servicios que parecen estar enfocados a extranjeros.

Me encantó la estancia en el lugar, el servicio fue cómodo y el spa también. La verdad es que mi pareja y yo teníamos ganas de pasar un fin de semana en tranquilidad y lo logramos en este lugar. Recomiendo y sin duda quiero volver a ir con mi novia :)

Un lugar muy cómodo para pasarla en pareja o con familia, les recomiendo que si quieren dejar el estrés a un lado, se den una escapada a este bellísimo lugar. El servicio es bueno, aunque podría mejorar un poco.
