Extremely friendly and attentive staff. It is the best thing about this hotel. The facilities are very neglected, the lack of conservation and maintenance is evident. The food is homemade and enjoyed although sometimes the waiting time is excessive. The location is so that you stay on the premises and don't go out (there is nothing around). The experience of placing a small table in the lower part of the river is attractive.

It was the first time I went, I liked the room, the details of the coffee, water and gifts, the pool, the welcome from Monse at the reception, very pleasant. I celebrated my birthday in a package and also a bonfire, but I did not feel the plus of the service. I went with friends and I didn't feel special, they skipped steps from what the birthday package said. I also felt disrespected since they were dealing with people who did not make the reservation, as I was the one who made the reservation and paid. The next day we were reminding Osvaldo about the cheesecake and morning cakes, I really didn't feel the birthday experience. You should always direct with the person who booked. If I would go back to rest, because of the place in the future, but the experience service is very bad. Thank you.

It's not just a lying advertisement, it's the feeling that you've been fooled, but it's your fault because you didn't read it correctly. When we decided to rent a room in a 'BOUTIQUE HOTEL' I had no doubt about making a good choice, for me it is prestige, unique design, personalized service, size and location... however upon arrival we were told that... 1 - It was an 'extension', what does that mean? a bed! no bathroom, no shower, no place for luggage, no chair and to wait for a trash can. 2- since we had booked 3 months in advance, we had to make the payment no matter what, since it had not been registered for a reason and then we would see the "wonderful extension" that we had set aside. In the end they blamed the platform *********** because it does not allow changing the room description by extension, why is that? Why couldn't it be rented? Because no one should accept a bed without a bathroom, is that it? The ad promises bathroom items and towels but why give them to you? Yes, we had to take a shower in the pool and go into the hotel bathroom. How disappointed I am with my stay in Coyuca, I don't recommend it, don't go.

Very bad service, we arrived at our check in time and it took them more than 2 hours to give us the rooms and they changed one of the ones we had reserved. The restaurant service is too slow, you order something and it takes hours to bring it to you. The photos look much better than it is in real life. They gave us old, rusty and broken towels, I would not return and would not recommend it. The beach is very quiet and with few people but the hotel is very bad in general.
