I have yet to receive a refund that was promised for the romantic dinner we never had. It shouldn't take this long for a company like yours to refund $350. I have several notes and a note that was out in our room confirming the canceled dinner. When told to go to the wedding office while we were there it was closes for two days!!

Pésimo servicio de Operación, Alimentos y Bebidas . En el restaurante Bordeaux la hostess Marcel y el Capitán Gabriel hacen esperar a los huéspedes más de 1 hora cuando tienen mesas desocupadas al interior del restaurante. ¡Es una broma el tiempo de espera!

Yes this resort is old, it is absolutely quiet and beautiful! It’s so close to the ocean, 34 steps from the pathway! The service is incredible, our room was perfect no issues at all. Windows restaurant was our favorite Marco was our server and probably the best service we’ve ever had! At the swim up pool bar Francisco was incredible! The Entertainment team was so much fun, so glad Arbey was there, we absolutely adore him!

Omitiré opiniones acerca de la vida en pareja dado a que fui sin compañia, el equipo de entretenimiento es un éxito y tambien la atención al huesped, salvo algunas ocaciones en las que hicieron caso omiso a mis solicitudes y la selección de comida de servicio al cuarto no es tan extensa como en otros Resorts en Cancún, Riviera Maya y Tulum

If you are looking to be wined and dined, this may not be the place for you. If you are looking for a laid back relaxing resort this is it. We had the best time. The bartenders are amazing. It is very clean

Me ha encantado la experiencia, es un sitio que nada más entrar, te sientas como en casa. Hemos ido a varios hoteles de la zona, pero nada comparando con este hotel de Cozumel. La paz y tranquilidad que se respira en este lugar es increíble. Tienes sitio para relajarte, como para hacer las actividades que quieras. Lo cual hace que el lugar sea idóneo, para gente con distintos gustos y necesidades. Ya estamos planeando volver lo antes posible.
