The hotel was dirty, patches in the ceiling, no vent in the bathroom, promised 2 queen beds in room and only 2 full size beds, rooms were small, A/C was broken in the main lobby, it felt 90 degrees and sweating during breakfast. Customer service at the desk not friendly.

The room was nice, but there was a fragrance that was overpowering to my senses. I’m sure others would not be bothered, but after finally falling asleep, I woke up with a headache.

Have stayed here before but it's starting to look tired. Rooms and property could be refreshed and updated.

The room had an unpleasant smell and the bathroom faucet was leaking when I arrived and could not be turned off completely, the sound made it difficult to sleep. Finally, there was the end of a joint in the water tank of the coffee maker so clearly it had not been cleaned. I was in a hurry on business so I did not report this to the staff, who were otherwise friendly enough.
