I attended a conference. The food was very tasty and healthy. Our server was attentive and pleasant. I was very happy with the room - comfortable bed and nice linens/towels. The conference facilities worked well for us. The space was well lit and comfortable.

We were traveling to a family event and needed a place to stay. We found the Hilton Garden Inn. It was on the way to our event. It was a nice stay. The room was cozy. The towels were new, soft, and fluffy. The checkout team member mentioned that the facility was getting ready for a renovation. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Service was prompt.

Been traveling around the states visiting friends and family. Most of the hotels/motels have been excellent. Wish there was more clarification regarding pet friendly hotels esp being a Hilton member

Booked a non-refundable king bed room through *******. Upon check-in I was told since I booked through a third party they did not have to honor that booking and I could only get a standard room with 2 queen beds. I will be very reluctant to book through ******* again if I am not guaranteed the same room I book.

Our room was uncomfortably warm our entire stay. We made 3 separate inquiries to have the issue resolved and nothing was done. Unless you like sleeping in a sauna do not stay here.
