The room lacks basic stuff like hair dryer and a phone to call reception
- The beds size is too small( double bed) to sleep 2 people comfortably
- Free Breakfast was a joke. Just yogurt and coffee in breakfast.
- They allow pets at all floors leading to noisy atmophere at nights with some pets barking all night disturbing sleep.
- A room for 4 poeple comes with just 2 towels.
- They claimed to provide cooking top in skme rooms but that was an jnductikn which does not accept any type of cooking vessle making it useless. The hotel does not supply even a spoon or basic cutlery for the kitchen.

The floors were extremely dirty, needed to be vacuumed and swept and washed. There were no bath towels or toiletries in the bathroom.

Maintenance was bad. Pool was closed, they should have updated in website. Its one of the key factor for us to choose this.

There was a heated pool and one of the main reasons we picked it. Got there. Checked in. Went to check out the pool and our key would not work. Went to tge front desk and was informed tgat tge pool is closed and has been for weeks. But no one mentioned this at check in or on tge website.

Very disappointed that swimming pool was empty. This should be noted on site as I know I rented the room after it supposedly was closed just two weeks ago
