The hotel is lovely and the staff polite and helpful. But ******* totally screwed up the reservation. We reserved a room with 2 beds and an accessible bathroom, with grab bars and a roll-in shower. The hotel didn’t have that at the rate ******* posted so they put us in a different room. When I insisted it must be accessible they moved us to another higher priced room but without charging extra. They were profuse in their apologies and said that ******* makes reservations for rooms that are not available. I can believe that since this happened on our last trip also. I’m done using ******* except to search for hotels. Then I’ll book directly.
