From the moment I arrived at the hotel, Vanessa's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel like a valued guest. She greeted me with a genuine smile, took the time to answer all of my questions, and provided me with helpful information about the hotel and its amenities. Her professionalism, empathy and attention to detail during the check-in process were truly impressive considering I did not have a prior booking and was a walk in guest. Throughout my stay, Vanessa continued to exceed my expectations with her exceptional customer service. Whether it was assisting with travel arrangements, providing directions to local amenities, or simply offering a friendly greeting whenever I passed by the front desk, Vanessa's commitment to ensuring that I had a memorable and comfortable stay was evident in every interaction. Lovely hotel and lodge where our accommodation was. Clean and tidy, comfy bed.

Great service and fantastic offer to stay and park - after all we are parking for 21 nights. Service was brilliant, both before when I booked directly via phone and confirmation emails that followed. Then during check-in. We upgraded to club rooms - which are very nice. Lots of little extras that make your stay special. Shower and bath are nice as where the free high-quality toiletries. Love good quality Bose sound system and real coffee in my room. Access to the club lounge with included drinks and snacks was a lovely touch. The hotel has great facilities - struggle to get me to leave my room. Breakfast hit the spot and set us up for our long journey ahead. Pleasant stay - a stay I would repeat

Very close to the GATWICK airport, 7.5KM, close to the nearby town, you can go out to shop and eat. If you are driving, there is a parking space for £7 overnight (compared to the very difficult parking space, the hotel's facilities and charges can be very pleasant to accept.) There are also shuttle buses to the airport. The hotel environment is good, although the road is in front of the road, but it is not noisy. English breakfast is acceptable, except for less vegetables, a pot of coffee is brewed with coffee, not instant coffee. There is also a self-service coffee machine in the lobby and a bar in the evening. The room has a soft linen and complete spare items. The drinks include instant coffee, tea bags, ice buckets and a small fridge. Toothbrushes and slippers need to be provided.
