Europa Gatwick Hotel & Spa Reviews

Had a lovely time in the hotel - stayed there the night before a flight from Gatwick. The room was clean, the bathroom facilities were great and the bed was comfortable with a nice view of the courtyard. Staff were very helpful with parking and keycard help, and a lovely reception, bar and courtyard with friendly staff and nice decour. The below are minor quibbles - I would go again : Some of the meal information was misleading - in the bar, a gentlemen found out what the soup of the day was, then told me that food was not being served any longer.... and then 20 minutes later took orders and served some other people a meal. A bit odd. In the morning I was told the breakfast service was finishing at 9:15 so I did not go in at ten past nine, and just got a coffee when I went to the breakfast restaurant but it transpired 9:15 was just last entry : two meals missed! It was a pity that when booking the spa it was not advertised the Swimming Pool was going to be out of service. WIFI was a bit patchy. And in the morning I'm not sure who the banging music being played in the bar was for at 9am! A bit early for Burn, Baby, Burn at full volume ! Nevertheless - For the price especially this was ideal and very close to Gatwick.

Everything great for this hotel. Very convenient for Gatwick airport. Breakfast very good. Room very clean. Close to Crawley station avoiding the need to go back to Gatwick airport for the train home.. would seriously recommend this hotel.

There was no complimentary bottle of water, the sink is too small, the tap water splash out when you open.

Awful place don’t stay

Location was great. Hotel was lovely, staff very friendly, room basic however it met all our needs, only critique was the shower did not work. Over all experience was good, will definitely visit again.

Not a good hotel don’t have microwave for heating food , totally worst experience that a hotel don’t have microwave

There's no cold water running and the hot water is 100 degrees centrigate , with no hot warning signs Direction to locate room took 20 mins no help poor siges. Terrible

Good little find this, lovely little break. Couldn’t really fault it. Reminded me of being abroad with its charming little features 👍🏻

Location is good, nice walks in the Village if you like. Spindles was the highlight of the experience, access to the spa and pool, steam room and Sauna, make for a very relaxing morning. The parking was free and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Worse hotel I have ever been too in My life I got accused of noise coming from my room which I was solo . The manager with short blonde hair was so rude towards me and my colleague. Took my £50 deposit and gave discounts to other people. 2nd she did not want to state her name . 3rd I ended up with bed bugs bites . Booked again on 20th Jan 2023 and they refused my booking and took my money again and still haven't received it this needs to be raise higher than a manager please as this is totally unfair and to be honest feel very discramanated had to book another hotel with no issues I also was a regular customer .

Good location and peace full place my son enjoyed very much in pool. If you willing to go Brighton Beach nice place to stay. 35 min away from Brighton.

A renovation is needed for the bathroom.
