Premier Inn Stafford North (Spitfire)

Paid for meal deal with breakfast only to find out when I arrived the restaurant was closing next day and I was told very little food. Given a sheet with over 20 items not available. Why could I not have been told at time of booking so I could have picked a different location?

Visited whilst attending an event at the Stafford Show Ground. Very good welcome at reception, informative and efficient. Room was as expected, clean and comfortable, although a little dated. Sad to hear that the staff were being made redundant, and very sad to hear that the Brewers Fayre is closing. Where will visitors get food in the future?

I work away for home and stay in many hotels, I stayed in Premier Inn spitfire and the room was nice and clean, The girl at the front desk Maryam was very helpful, I was impressed by her commitment to going the extra mile, I would definitely stay again

The room was comfortable and clean. Up Premier Inn standard. The restaurant was atrocious. It was closing down a few days later and they were running down food stocks already so many menu items were unavailable. I felt cheated to have pre booked the meal deal. Never again.

Excellent hotel facilities with guranteed good night sleep. Loved the Beds...my husband skipped his breakfast for just to be in bed. Location is great, very close to town centre. If anyone feeling fetish about Indian Curry then just 2 miles away is Simply Bailash restaraunt....awesome food. The staff at hotel are simply to none, particularly Tom and Maryam. Very professional and polite. Maryam was exceptionally kind and she offered us free 24 hours wi fi which was great. She is so lovely, very helpful. We strongly recommend Spitfire for anyone visiting Stafford. Happy staying Sam and David Liverpool

Easy check in. Clean and tidy room. Good nights sleep and good breakfast facilities next door. Would highly recommend.

We had room 220 which was right next to a main road so couldn't have a window open, the last room down the end of the corridor. Went to brewers fayre for a drink and found the staff member (manager?) was a bit put off because we dare order a drink, wife ordered a bottle of drink, didn't even get a glass.

Lovely stay at Stafford North Spitfire Premier Inn, room was clean and comfortable. Maryam offered a friendly face and helpful information about my stay which aided in settling me in for the night. Overall a nice and convenient overnight stay.
