Very convenient if staying in Crewe for some reasons. McDonald's is just next door and major supermarket and shops within 3 mins drive.

Room was great massive bed breakfast was unlimited. Don’t think anything was wrong.
Sheets could be a cooler material as they were good at keeping heat.

We enjoyed the hotel,
I have 1 complaint,
The fire alarm went off at 4am and 4.45am ,
It was a false alarm because one of the staff was smoking in one of the rooms,my partner suffers from fibromyalgia (chronic pain),
She lost sleep and our trip was affected and we had to catch up on sleep the following day.
We were visiting family and had little time to see them.
When mentioned to cleaning staff it was giggled at,I found this very unprofessional and will think twice about using the hotel again,
Which is a shame because we liked the hotel.

Stayed at this hotel quite a few times on business. Hotel rooms are tidy and as you would expect from holiday inn express. WiFi is decent speed and free. Parking is free although some of the spaces are pretty tight. Decent choice at breakfast but it’s only basic. There is a bar and food can be ordered but I tend to go elsewhere. There is a McDonald’s in front which is pretty busy but even in the front rooms it’s not noisy. Staff are always very helpful. Will stay again when in the area
