Le Best Western Crianlarich Hotel. Chambre sale, minuscule, lit en 140, douche sans bac à même le sol, digne d’une salle de bain de ferry. Piscine assurée lorsque nous prenions la douche. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre mais l’hôtel était complet ( ?) Nous ignorons la catégorie de l’hôtel, mais un Formule 1 chez nous est au-dessus de celui-ci.

We had a two night stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it too highly. The staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. Just 5 minutes from the hotel is a stunning riverside walk where you are surrounded by bird song. Great breakfast and lovely room. A great place to stay

After being stranded in Crianlarich by public transport, came to get water and re-book transport. Alison on the front desk was very helpful and even sent an email on my behalf to update my accommodation that night to say I would be late. I also had a light bite to eat which was delicious.

Don’t get room service here. It’ll spoil your experience at this hotel. You don’t get the full menu to choose from as the in-brochure states you can, and when you do get one of your 4 limited mains choices, they are served in small cardboard takeaway boxes. A huge disappointment when you pay £172 for a superior room.

Stayed one night as we travelled through the Highlands. The hotel itself is in a historic building but the rooms have newer furniture and the bathroom/shower was modern and clean. We had a “mountain view” king bed room. The room floors were a little squeaky due to the age of the building. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi, however, was very poor that evening, couldn’t pull email or websites. Took us a while to download maps. Restaurant was very good and service impeccable.
