NIET doen als je voor de SAUNA gaat! Speciaal voor de Leuvert gekozen vanwege de wellness faciliteiten. Met onze dochter van 1 zijn we veel aan ‘huis’ gebonden dus fijn om daar lekker in de sauna te kunnen. Pas bij aankomst krijgen we te horen dat de sauna en de jacuzzi niet tegelijk te gebruiken zijn. De Sauna springt iedere keer uit omdat de jacuzzi stroom vraagt. Hierdoor dachten wij dat we steeds slechte timing hadden om de sauna in te gaan en die niet warm was. Volgende dag extra goed opgelet of die niet uitsprong, blijft niet goed warm worden. Na het melden komt een monteur, 3 keer op en neer, zegt vervolgens niks. Weer naar de receptie, inmiddels dag 3 van ons verblijf. Krijgen we nu te horen dat het meer een hobbysauna is, die worden niet warmer dan 60 graden. Onzin natuurlijk. Het zou worden opgenomen met het hoofdkantoor. 3 weken, 2 belletjes en 3 mailtjes van mij verder en geen enkele reactie ontvangen. Uiteindelijk de boodschap dat de sauna vanwege veiligheid maar 60 graden wordt. Ik kan het luttele bedrag van 30 euro terug ontvangen, dit terwijl we daar een volledige week zijn geweest en een paar honderd euro meer hebben betaald ten opzichte van een huisje zonder sauna. Als je sauna maar 60 graden wordt heb je dat te vermelden op je website. Dit is vals adverteren en kan niet door de beugel. Bah, nare organisatie, slechte service, nooit meer!

Het personeel was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk, het huisje was ideaal. Het enige wat beter kan is de schoonheid van het de badkamer en het het bestek controleren voor er mensen komen aangezien er niet genoeg bestek was voor de hoeveelheid mensen in het huisje.
Ons verblijf was top en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Our stay was lovely. Couldn’t fault the staff or the place. Everyone was so lovely and helpful.
The pool was a godsend in the heat and it was so clean and welcoming.
Only issue we had was the heat, as we didn’t have air conditioning and the nights were so hot and we had trouble sleeping. One night my husband and son slept outside on the patio as it was cooler.
Also we had ants inside but this wasn’t a massive issue we just hoovered them up.
We will definitely be coming back next year with more family.

It's an excellent option for family accommodation - well located for Efteling and only an hour from Amsterdam. It is very clean and warm, private, and the communication with the Park is clear and accurate (via email). The chap in the restaurant is lovely and the food good. Three things you need to know however:
* Reception is limited in hours 9-5/6. We arrived late on a Thursday and out all day until we left after 9am on Sunday. We tried checking out but noone there on the Sunday (not sure if all day). So we never saw a person for our entire stay which was weird.
* There are no towels provided. Never experienced that before. Bedsheets and pillows but no towels....?
* The bunk bed is dangerous. There is no barrier to stop you falling off (illegal not to have this in the UK). So you can't use it safely. We took the mattress off and put it on the floor.
Overall 4 out of 5.
