The location is far out of the way. Hotel facilities were good except for the bathtub. Unfortunately breakfast was always the same, they could have done something different at least at Christmas.

The place is excellent
The downside was the shower and room temp regulator.
However, upon reporting to the hotel management, they quickly resolved the issue and were very generous to us.
Would go back again.

Well, I have to say that I stayed for 3 nights, the welcome facilities are very well maintained and welcoming. The reception was sincerely, friendly and respectful. It is true that on the page it says that they speak Spanish... one speaks very little Spanish and was super nice, between the little Spanish that the other speaks and my English... we understood each other perfectly. The room is quite spacious and clean, if you look for heating in my room the air is at 22 degrees and you can't change it. The bathroom is very good, but I don't know if it is a custom of the English but at home I went with my wife and my daughter and they had to wash themselves with a glass at night... because the shower head is embedded in the wall. (It doesn't have a hose and shower head). It is not central, it is 40 minutes from London Bridge to change trains (underground) but the entire city is very well connected. I would 100% stay at this hotel again.
