The traveller I have booked was satisfied with the hotel accommodation and services he received.

Basic hotel good location well connected with the main train lines in london. Room very basic, no bed table, no luggage frame or anything else to use as frame not even for a small bag except the floor. Basic bathroom, if you take shower you will have a swimming pool for the rest of the day. We booked a double queen but they gave us only one towel set. Hotel with not big expectations good for one night only for a quick stop.

Good service and clean environment. Excellent customer service.

Not ok experience. Empty room just bed and only(!) bed. As well .. luggage storage isn't free

Pros: The location is excellent! Next to the station so you can travel anywhere you want. Cons: the rooms are awkwardly built, no heating, TVs don't work. Major con: most of the staff are helpful but some seem to act like absolutely everything is out of their hands. I don't know who management is that encourages their staff to say "well I can't help you at all" rather than providing solutions.

Convenient access to supermarket and railway station nearby.

Too expensive for the price! This place was as minimal as it gets… water was not hot for the shower, only warm. I do not recommend. ☹️

Very disappointed,not worth the money,rooms very small,no table or a chair ti sit on and nothing to hang your clothes, you would have a shower and all of a sudden you would get cold water

Good for a no frills stay, soap wasn't working in the room and the key card system is annoying (need to scan the key card to *exit* the hotel) but excellent value for money.

Worst customer service and house keeping. During the check in without verifying the system properly they saying you didn’t book the hotel you need to pay the money again. After long time he saying that sorry it was there…even they didn’t given the enough bath towel also. Given only one towel for 2 days. Dead slow Wi-Fi connection. No tissue paper kept , room atmosphere looks like slum area… I would suggest everyone pls don’t take risk by booking in the hotel

I find this easy hotel at east Croydon a very deceptive description on your website, disappointing on arrival is very basic of which I was shocked to see. I did not spend the night there, but requested my refund because description for encouraged me to book that hotel was not the same I witnessed. And I will not expect any of my friends to visit there ever, because I will stop them.

Changed rooms due to ac not working and no hot water and not only that my new room has a hole in the wall not happy at all left a 3 am due to people being loud and the extremely bad service from reception after 11 the guy was asleep

Hotel claims to be low carbon emissions. However, it would be nice if housekeeping was provided with bleach and toilet brushes. Fecal matter in toilet and sink had some disgusting debris. This is just not acceptable. Sanitation is important. The room has absolutely no place to keep your stuff - not even a small bedside table. We had to place all our stuff on the floor! At least one bedside stand would make a difference. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for more than a few hour's stay. If you're just looking for a place to sleep at night, probably it would be suited, but don't expect more than that! No restaurant, just a small vending machine in the lobby!
