After 2 days of what seemed like chaos and rude staffing, it was nice to be greeted with a smile and a friendly "good morning" at breakfast time from Teresa. Everything was organised and had a place, there was no need to be asking for anything. I initially thought Teresa was the manager because of how organised everything was. I asked to speak to her, Teresa asked if everything was okay, I explained of my poor experience the last two days, on my first day there was no hot breakfast and seeking and being greeted by unhappy/rude staff, Teresa apologised and took ownership informed me that she was off and this literally showed. Teresa spoke with pride of her role and completely turned my poor customer journey around and all this while there was a large group of American and other guests seated for breakfast. A great member of staff delivering exemplary customer service. Thank you!
