J'ai séjourné au Jiva Hill, et l'expérience a été tout simplement exceptionnelle. L'établissement est magnifique, moderne et l’application pour l’accès aux services de l’hôtel / messagerie a été un réel plus pour la qualité de séjour . Le restaurant était également très bon. Mais ce qui a vraiment marqué notre séjour, c'est la qualité du service. Le personnel que nous avons rencontré est d'une attention et d'une gentillesse remarquables, toujours prêt à rendre notre expérience encore plus agréable. Merci à toutes les équipes pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur professionnalisme. Le séjour est passé bien trop vite ! Nous serions bien restés une deuxième nuit 😁😁

Excellent hôtel haut de gamme avec un accueil et un service parfaits. Le personnel est aux petits soins et très professionnel. La qualité des installations permet de passer un séjour inoubliable et très reposant. Le restaurant gastronomique Le Jiva propose des plats délicieux et un service irréprochable. Le restaurant italien Le Jardin n'a rien à lui envier et vaut également le détour. Un lieu à recommander sans hésitation.

Notre première fois dans cet établissement et c'est la claque!! Magnifique resort à accueil exceptionnel dès le parking à l'arrivée et au départ avec des voituriers dévoués et sympathiques ! Chambre exceptionnelle, rien ne manque, somptueuse et moderne, télévision dans le miroir très haut de gamme. Personnel extrêmement affable , dévoué et prévenant Petit déjeuné au bar et brunch exceptionnel du dimanche sur les terrasses paradisiaques. Accès aux deux piscines, bar de piscine. Ici on vous fait sentir comme un roi. Ici on ne vous dit jamais non! Nous ne sommes qu'à une centaine de kilomètres et Nous espérons vite trouver un prétexte pour y revenir rapidement.

Superbe établissement entretenu. Chambre exceptionnelle avec dressing, terrasse, veilleuse, store ….. Décoration de qualité. A la piscine les serviettes sont toujours disponibles. 2 cours de tennis à disposition. Je recommande le brunch du dimanche aussi beau que bon ! Et pour terminer, bravo au personnel et à son directeur qui sont très polis, prévenants et à l’écoute. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Sympa mais beaucoup d'enfants et comme la piscine extérieure est petite c'est compliqué. Clim trop forte dans les parties communes. Bon petit déj. Golf et chambre sympa. Un cocon agréable en revanche pizza aux truffes à 59€ franchement??
