Everything is fine, except that to go to the swimming pool or to the restaurant there is no shelter and if it rains you get completely wet. Impeccable service and everyone very courteous and helpful. Super apartment.

Our familiy stayed at deluxe app with sofa bed (one bedroom and sofa bed in living room). This is not app for 4 persons, because it is impossible to sleep in sofa bed. There aren't any curtons for night (like in bedroom)-daylight is early in the morning and you cant sleelp. Outdoor pool is great, warm, but its minus, that you have to go out to come to your room (it is not possible to go throught hotell , our kids get cold). There is great outdoor playground, but indoor kids club is too small and fit only for small kids. There isnt any animation. It is nice short walk by the coast to the Kempinski hotel. Staff is really nice and helpful.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus. Freundliches und aufgeschlossenes Personal. Für alle Wünsche ein offenes Ohr. Wir sind nächstes Jahr wieder da. Grüße aus Bayern PS: Es kommt halt auch drauf an, wie mann miteinander umgeht. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, das der Roofpool für Erwachsene gestaltet wurde und die nötige Ruhe bat. Der Kinderpool in der Anlage im EG ist bestens gemacht. Das Hunde nicht in den Pool dürfen, und auch was kosten, davon gehe ich aus, als Besitzer.

Schimmel im Bad, Schmutz in den Gängen, extreme Preise, verdreckter Pool uvm. Ankunft - 31.8 - Anreise mit Hund. Beim CheckIn wurde uns erklärt, das der Hund (€ 40,-/Tag) an den Strand, zum Pool und in Restaurant darf. Wir nehmen den Hund nie mit an den Pool also wählten wir den Strand aus. Nach dem Einzug ins Zimmer der erste Schock - Schimmel in der Dusche. Nach Anfrage nach Upgrade bzw. Umzug erklärte uns die Dame dies ist nicht möglich da sie ausgebucht sind. Okay dann eben ein Bad mit Schimmel. 1.9 - Frühstück: eine Kaffeemaschine und diese war defekt, Selbstbedienung, Auswahl okay. Tag mit dem Hund am Strand verbracht - Hund wurde vom Security mit Streicheleinheiten begrüßt. Preis an der Strandbar - € 20,- für ein Bier und einen Hugo. 2.9 - Frühstück: wieder einmal eine defekte Kaffeemaschiene, Auswahl exakt wie am Vortag. Salz fehlte am Tisch - 10 min Wartezeit für Salz - Personal komplett überfordert. Also ab an den Strand - Streicheleinheiten vom Security abholen und chillen. 3.9 - Frühstück: siehe oben - always the same. Defekte Kaffeemaschine, überforderte Kellner, Chaos. Also ab an den Strand - wo plötzlich ein Hunde verboten Schild hängt - ab zum netten Security - ja, wir wurden aus dem Strand geschmissen. In der Nacht wurde beschlossen, dass Hunde nicht mehr an den Strand dürfen! Der Witz daran - Hunde dürfen nicht mehr an den Strand, nicht mehr an den Pool und nicht alleine im Zimmer bleiben. Na dann bleibt nur eins - aussetzen! *SarkasmusOff* Nach ewigen hin und her gibt es keine Lösung. Bezüglich des Schimmels ist nun ein Upgrade möglich - gegen Aufpreis!! Am Abend wollten wir den Schock des Tages (wir haben den meisten Tag mit Hund am Zimmer verbracht) an der Hotelbar einen Cocktail trinken. Es war nichts los - nach 50min Wartezeit und unzähligen Blicken der Kellner sitzen wir nun im Zimmer (ohne Cocktail) und haben beschlossen morgen frühzeitig abzureisen. Ach ja, lernt unbedingt perfektes Englisch sonst werdet ihr an der Rezeption ausgelacht. Schlimmstes Hotel in dem wir je waren. Ohne guten Service ist selbst das schönste Hotel (zumindest auf Fotos) nichts. Anbei einige Einblicke in RealLife.

A wonderful resort, suitable for couples with children as well as couples without children. The pool on the ground floor is also suitable for children, and the infinity pool on the roof top is an ideal place for couples. The service is excellent, all the employees are very friendly. Sanela from the pool bar, with who we became friends with, is really the best !We love her ,she is so professional and in other hand so friendly and nice . The position of the hotel is excellent, the region is excellent for exploring restaurants, wineries, nature and seaside towns. Wonderful experience, we plan to come for a longer stay next summer🍀

Since we own a holiday home in the area we went to the rooftop restaurant of Petram Resort yesterday and were more than happy. The big terrace is very stylish, has a stunning view, excellent food (also some vegetarian options for us), reasonable prices and very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely come back soon!

If you want rest for body and soul, then this is the place. We had booked Apartman Deluxe with breakfast - spacious apartment, view was amazing, bed is comfortable, very clean, funktional kitchen. Breakfast is good, suitable for vegeterians. Rooftop pool and bar are perfect combination with view of mountains.
