The pool and hot tub were under repair. I was told at check-in that I should have been called or sent an email. Neither had occurred, nor was it on the ******* website. Disappointed, but satisfied with the hotel and room.

When we arrived the gentleman behind the counter was awesome! He was extremely helpful and so kind! We walked out after registering saying wow what a great guy! The room was clean and very nice! Would definitely stay again!

We always stay here when I come into town. It’s affordable. I forgot my toothbrush….no problem. I was super itchy in the middle of the night and needed Benadryl…..no problem. Always clean and the staff is always friendly.

Like the room we get like the pool are love hanging in the lobby having a couple beers by the fireplace . The employees are all nice good crew housekeeping GM and the front end people are great .

I arrived to the Hotel and was received quickly to be checked in. The hotel attendant was nice and helpful. I was given access to the room and when to it to inspect it and gain my bearings. The next morning there was a pleasant breakfast waiting for me downstairs. I ate breakfast and later checked out at the front desk. All of this was a smooth and painless stay. Thank you.

The customer service was outstanding. The desk clerk was very friendly. We only encountered 2 problems: someone tried propping open the side door late at night with a rock. That was sketchy so we closed it. The other one is the noise. You can hear the tubs/showers running in the room next to us and above which wouldn't have been bad if our tv was on, but it was before 7am. Other than that, the room was clean and the hotel is very nice.
