The location itself is nice due to the tranquility, but it is not close to the metro center. A little slow down paced town to easy off the soul. Yet, the transportation system is convenient to bring you back and forth to the City center as you like. It's so close to the airport, and that's the reason I chose this place. You may spend the whole day in down town to play around, and then feel no concern to catch a morning flight. It costs like less than 20 Euro to Uber to the airport.

I ve faced with a Terrible staff at the reception. We are a family with 2 kids . We get 2 rooms. We have arrived to the hotel after dinner. One of the keys did not work . I took it and take it to the lady at the reception and asked politely to assign the key again. She checked and with a sullen face said that”this is the other rooms key” . Altough we have already checked the other room as well, I said ok, go back and try once more, it still did not work. Than turn back to the reception again. There were two customers waiting Infront of the reception. I apologized them and said to the lady that this key does not work. She said that ,with a face and a voice , as if she is an angry and ugly faced teacher that will give a stick! , ”You have to wait before these customers”. She tried to command. Despite I apologize to the people waiting Infront of the desk and my kids was sleeping on our shoulder, we had this disservice. One worker may not reflect an establishment`s manner , however this terrible and unacceptable service is the hotel's fault. A customer is the most important value of an establishment , and everybody work for have to know that. As a result ”She hit the wrong stone !

Location is great just a few minutes from Las Rozas Shopping Village, 25mins from the airport and only 20mins from the city of Madrid. Check in was smooth and I was helped by a lovely guy on reception. I didnt engage with many staff at this hotel but those I did were all friendly and polite. Guest room was on the first floor, shower was powerful although temperature of the water kept changing. Amenities are very basic, just shower gel and shampoo. You get 2 bottles of water that I found in the mini fridge. Bed was comfy and WiFi was pretty good but did buffer during busy times of day. Breakfast was a very simple affair. Few very greasy fried eggs and bacon or frittata under a heat lamp, then just cold meats, cheese, fruit, cereal and pastries. Plenty of coffee and juice. Negatives of the hotel.. 1. It was very noisy. Sound travels easily in this hotel. I could hear slamming doors, people walking about above my room, water pipes, even people coughing in other rooms, not ideal for light sleepers. 2. I had a do not disturb sign on my door but house keeping ignored this and came in while I was out to clean the room anyway. 3. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. 4. No plugs by the bedside.

We travel with 40 students aged 12 and the treatment of all staff was excellent. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is very varied and the dinner is wonderful. There is a very good location. We congratulate all the staff of reception, restaurant and cleaning.

The location is relatively close to las Rozas village, next to the gas station, you can get there directly when you get off the highway, there is free parking, the room is larger and more comfortable, there is also an elevator, there is a breakfast buffet the next day, and the front desk is also fluent in English , Very good communication. This one is another one we ordered on Ctrip. I found out that someone said I didn’t make a reservation, so I exchanged it with the customer service temporarily, and the customer service made up the price difference, which is very good~

GGuest UserWe were a friend of mine and I last weekend 14/15 of August and nothing more to come you find a small but cosy reception, the large room and with two huge windows that entered you light to raids and the most beautiful wall with the stone The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The owner with all kindness guides us where we can go to lunch and sites to see, the best thing is that it is very central and everything is available from restaurants to shops of all kinds from soaps to dressing shops, cake shops and fries. But the best thing is that breakfast brings it to your room and very abundant with butter crusades, two well-heated bread types, coffee, milk and natural juice ¡¡¡ that more can be asked ¡¡ Thanks Belen was all a pleasure to stay in your hotel

The house was originally a place similar to a palace, but was later transformed into a hotel. The hotel is fully equipped, clean, hygienic, well-designed, and has nobles. temperament. The scenery outside the window is charming. Near the hotel, there are gas stations, supermarkets, fast food restaurants. convenient.

The parking lot is right in front of the hotel, the rooms are more comfortable, the basic facilities are complete, the view outside is wide and the hotel is very clean. GGuest UserWe visited the restaurant of the hotel on a not so busy evening of May, this is the experience my family and I had - They were quick on assigning us a table, the person who received us, quite kind and efficient - After waiting for 15 mins or so, there was no sight of someone to bring or tell us the menu, we had to go to the nearest table for the carte. - When the waitress arrived, we ordered some eggs me sandwiches, she took note and left. After some time she came back with one plate, we would’ve shared of said plate if on the table was any cutlery, we weren’t served forks, knifes or napkins, so we had to ask her for them, it again took time 👌🏻 - The eggs were served with some chips that appeared burnt and after waiting some more time, about 30 mins, no other plate was on our table. We then had to ask for clean glasses and I asked for my sandwich to be cancelled, seeing that it was taking so long. - After that, we tried the eggs, which were not so good, we asked to cancel the other eggs and to bring instead another sandwich. The waitress was loosing her patience, told us that it was a problem from the kitchen’s side, that she only served and that’s it. In my humble opinion, when in teams, it doesn’t cut it to criticise your own people, it’s about unity to provide the best service and have a good working environment. - I took a quick trip to the bathroom, wasn’t able to use it tho. There were four stalls and a baby changing table, the floor was sticky, there was piss in some WC and dirty paper over the table. - When I arrived back, we asked to speak with someone who wasn’t so irritated at our requests, the person who attended us was extremely polite and that’s one of her reasons our experience here was not a total disaster. We cancelled everything except the water and waited for the note. -Since no one came to tell us what to pay, we stood up and went to the nearest waiter to ask for it. He asked his colleague for it, the waitress that had attended us was visibly angry and tried to debate the issues we had. A scene was about to begin when the manager stepped in and tried to ease tensions, he succeeded but the waitress answered in a very poorly mannered way. - We were invited to the water by the manager and he apologised profusely. They’ve had issues since the afternoon since one of their teammates fell doing laundry. Im taking some time into writing this review because truly this experience was not the best, if I were to read this review I would guess it’s from a motel or small restaurant, yet this is supposed to be a renowned place. Sadly dissatisfied and disappointed to be honest, we hope change comes to this lovely 19th century building.

GGuest UserThe hotel was very comfortable and the walls are of paper and the neighbors can be heard all. The cleaning lady at 9:00 opened the door and told us they had told her we had already gone. Not only he woke up, invaded our intimacy and started talking with us about what they had told him, while we were still in bed, instead of excuse**** and go out. No, he didn't excuse at any time. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
