The location is relatively close to las Rozas village, next to the gas station, you can get there directly when you get off the highway, there is free parking, the room is larger and more comfortable, there is also an elevator, there is a breakfast buffet the next day, and the front desk is also fluent in English , Very good communication. This one is another one we ordered on Ctrip. I found out that someone said I didn’t make a reservation, so I exchanged it with the customer service temporarily, and the customer service made up the price difference, which is very good~

We travel with 40 students aged 12 and the treatment of all staff was excellent. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is very varied and the dinner is wonderful. There is a very good location. We congratulate all the staff of reception, restaurant and cleaning.

Location is great just a few minutes from Las Rozas Shopping Village, 25mins from the airport and only 20mins from the city of Madrid. Check in was smooth and I was helped by a lovely guy on reception. I didnt engage with many staff at this hotel but those I did were all friendly and polite. Guest room was on the first floor, shower was powerful although temperature of the water kept changing. Amenities are very basic, just shower gel and shampoo. You get 2 bottles of water that I found in the mini fridge. Bed was comfy and WiFi was pretty good but did buffer during busy times of day. Breakfast was a very simple affair. Few very greasy fried eggs and bacon or frittata under a heat lamp, then just cold meats, cheese, fruit, cereal and pastries. Plenty of coffee and juice. Negatives of the hotel.. 1. It was very noisy. Sound travels easily in this hotel. I could hear slamming doors, people walking about above my room, water pipes, even people coughing in other rooms, not ideal for light sleepers. 2. I had a do not disturb sign on my door but house keeping ignored this and came in while I was out to clean the room anyway. 3. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. 4. No plugs by the bedside.

I thought it was a rural second-tier city hotel. The hotel photos on Trip.com looked earthy. The lobby was very stylish when I entered. The ceiling was high. The wall wrote hello in various languages. Welcome and goodbye as decoration.
The room is very spacious and comfortable, the table is very wide and the socket is suitable for the temporary office needs of business travel.
Note that generally European hotels do not provide combs, slippers, toothpaste toothbrushes. If you ask the front desk, you can provide disposable toothpaste toothbrushes for free, but there are no slippers.
There are many choices for breakfast, rich fruit, freshly squeezed juice, and a variety of hot coffee can be selected on the coffee machine.

The parking lot is right in front of the hotel, the rooms are more comfortable, the basic facilities are complete, the view outside is wide and the hotel is very clean. Experiencia muy agradable, el personal del hotel son un encanto y nos resolvieron todas las dudas que fueron surgiendo durante la estancia, el hotel tiene su encanto y las habitaciones están bastante bien, está ubicado a tiro de piedra del monasterio del Escorial y de una buena zona de restaurantes y bares, y también se que hay habitaciones con unas vistas increíbles al monasterio. Un puntazo a su favor es que permiten la estancia con tu perrito y nos recibieron con una camita y comedero/bebedero para ellos, también tuvimos un problema con el climatizador pero lo resolvieron sin demora. Como observación, no como crítica, diría que intentasen mejorar el desayuno continental en la medida de lo posible añadiendo tal vez algo de fruta o fiambre. En conclusión, nuestra estancia fue muy placentera y sin duda volveremos.

The room is giant but no boiler, nor courtesy plate . Bathroom with bathroom with a grinding (very noisy because I think old enough) Couch bed in the room (express system) but unfortunately there must be attempts to open the old so no cushion was correctly put (of the coup, The room was very comfortable and was very good. It remains a very good price quality ratio, but you must certainly fall on the ”good” room.

DDongyaoThe location itself is nice due to the tranquility, but it is not close to the metro center. A little slow down paced town to easy off the soul. Yet, the transportation system is convenient to bring you back and forth to the City center as you like. It's so close to the airport, and that's the reason I chose this place. You may spend the whole day in down town to play around, and then feel no concern to catch a morning flight. It costs like less than 20 Euro to Uber to the airport.

GGuest UserWe were a friend of mine and I last weekend 14/15 of August and nothing more to come you find a small but cosy reception, the large room and with two huge windows that entered you light to raids and the most beautiful wall with the stone The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The owner with all kindness guides us where we can go to lunch and sites to see, the best thing is that it is very central and everything is available from restaurants to shops of all kinds from soaps to dressing shops, cake shops and fries. But the best thing is that breakfast brings it to your room and very abundant with butter crusades, two well-heated bread types, coffee, milk and natural juice ¡¡¡ that more can be asked ¡¡ Thanks Belen was all a pleasure to stay in your hotel

GGANGThe hotel is located in a small town about forty kilometers outside of Madrid, near the Prince’s house. The house was originally a place similar to a palace, but was later transformed into a hotel. The hotel is fully equipped, clean, hygienic, well-designed, and has nobles. temperament. The scenery outside the window is charming. Near the hotel, there are gas stations, supermarkets, fast food restaurants. convenient.

I visited San Lorenzo for one night with a friend, as we wanted to visit El Escorial. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the wonderful people who work there. David was very friendly and helpful in booking our room, while Pedro went out of his way to arrange with kitchen staff a gluten-free meal for me (I am celiac). Maria, the owner, was friendly and welcoming as well. Our room was very clean and furnished beautifully, with a terrific view of the monastery. Both meals we ate there were delicious. Lovely lounge areas with an old-world feel, and light-filled dining areas. Thank you so much for your hospitality…I hope to return one day!
