We travel with 40 students aged 12 and the treatment of all staff was excellent. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is very varied and the dinner is wonderful. There is a very good location. We congratulate all the staff of reception, restaurant and cleaning.

Location is great just a few minutes from Las Rozas Shopping Village, 25mins from the airport and only 20mins from the city of Madrid. Check in was smooth and I was helped by a lovely guy on reception. I didnt engage with many staff at this hotel but those I did were all friendly and polite. Guest room was on the first floor, shower was powerful although temperature of the water kept changing. Amenities are very basic, just shower gel and shampoo. You get 2 bottles of water that I found in the mini fridge. Bed was comfy and WiFi was pretty good but did buffer during busy times of day. Breakfast was a very simple affair. Few very greasy fried eggs and bacon or frittata under a heat lamp, then just cold meats, cheese, fruit, cereal and pastries. Plenty of coffee and juice. Negatives of the hotel.. 1. It was very noisy. Sound travels easily in this hotel. I could hear slamming doors, people walking about above my room, water pipes, even people coughing in other rooms, not ideal for light sleepers. 2. I had a do not disturb sign on my door but house keeping ignored this and came in while I was out to clean the room anyway. 3. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. 4. No plugs by the bedside.

The staff and facilities of the hotel are very good. All in general perfect. We have enjoyed it very much. They have to control a little more the bathrooms that was dirty the vater. The rest very good. Reception girls a 10. The detail of the 24-hour coffee is very good. Easy to park and free. We have been very happy. That's why we miss previous bad comments. What a great hotel! I had reserved a standard twin room, but I jumped on it when I was offered an upgrade to a junior suite for a reasonable increase. We had a lovely room with a couch, comfortable beds and linens, excellent pillows, and coffee service! The breakfast was generous- fresh fruit, coffee, cereal (real cereal! Not all sugar junk kids' stuff!), eggs, meats, juice, bread, and even salmon! A nice gentleman kept the dining area neat and the food replenished. When we checked in on Sunday afternoon, the woman at the front desk was pleasant, but the young woman who checked us out was lovely and very sweet. Plenty of restaurants in the area and street parking is free on Sunday. We were very pleased with the Sercotel Posuelo.

I thought it was a rural second-tier city hotel. The hotel photos on Trip.com looked earthy. The lobby was very stylish when I entered. The ceiling was high. The wall wrote hello in various languages. Welcome and goodbye as decoration. The room is very spacious and comfortable, the table is very wide and the socket is suitable for the temporary office needs of business travel. Note that generally European hotels do not provide combs, slippers, toothpaste toothbrushes. If you ask the front desk, you can provide disposable toothpaste toothbrushes for free, but there are no slippers. There are many choices for breakfast, rich fruit, freshly squeezed juice, and a variety of hot coffee can be selected on the coffee machine.

Very good hotel. Very good quality-price ratio. All very new and clean. Very well served by your employees. Put a coffee shop and bottles of water in the room, which is very large, is a detail. The least good is the location but there is a light train near to Madrid.

It would have cost us more than double to stay in an equivalent standard hotel in the centre of Madrid and as it turned out the location was more of a bonus than an inconvenience. The room was comfortable with all the facilities one would expect, including a filled mini bar (there is no hotel bar) and TV (only BBC news in English) and it was cleaned daily and clean bedding and towels were available on request. The staff were friendly and helpful and the WiFi was fast enough in our room for us to be able to stream UK TV channels. Although there were no bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity the bus with a stop right outside the door can be taken (€1.50) to Valdemarin a small local area which has several bars and restaurants. We particularly liked Volapie with its friendly staff and good food. The tapas and burgers were very good and the Asian food at Kokochin was very tasty. Taking the bus in the opposite direction for the same price you arrive at Moncloa, a major transport hub, giving you access to the Metro system and local and National buses. The same bus has a stop next to the Club de Campo Villa de Madrid and the Hippodromo racecourse is a 10 euro taxi ride from the hotel both of which we were visiting. Do NOT attempt to walk to the Hippodromo following Google or Apple Maps. It brings you to a locked gate and a Ministry of Defence restricted area. It is impossible to pass through at any point. The only way to walk is to follow the driving route and this means you must walk along the grass verge of a busy highway. We enjoyed our stay and the peace that the hotel offered on such a busy holiday weekend in Spain.

Experiencia muy agradable, el personal del hotel son un encanto y nos resolvieron todas las dudas que fueron surgiendo durante la estancia, el hotel tiene su encanto y las habitaciones están bastante bien, está ubicado a tiro de piedra del monasterio del Escorial y de una buena zona de restaurantes y bares, y también se que hay habitaciones con unas vistas increíbles al monasterio. Un puntazo a su favor es que permiten la estancia con tu perrito y nos recibieron con una camita y comedero/bebedero para ellos, también tuvimos un problema con el climatizador pero lo resolvieron sin demora. Como observación, no como crítica, diría que intentasen mejorar el desayuno continental en la medida de lo posible añadiendo tal vez algo de fruta o fiambre. En conclusión, nuestra estancia fue muy placentera y sin duda volveremos.

The room is giant but no boiler, nor courtesy plate . Bathroom with bathroom with a grinding (very noisy because I think old enough) Couch bed in the room (express system) but unfortunately there must be attempts to open the old so no cushion was correctly put (of the coup, The room was very comfortable and was very good. It remains a very good price quality ratio, but you must certainly fall on the ”good” room.

We spent two fabulous nights in this excellent hotel in early March. The wonderful Javier couldn't have been more kind to my partner and to me while we celebrated his birthday.
