The Gran Odara was strategically for my stay in Cuiaba the best option. The attention of the staff was very good and always friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and big with a lot of space. They respect biosecurity protocols and have disinfectants at every place available. Unfortunately besides the great equipped and comfortable hotel, service is a bit slow and needs to improve. Making mistakes and claiming that the error is the guest's  fault is definitely a no go.

Short overnight stay here.  Wonderful staff, food, etc.  Everything luxurious.  Really enjoyed this hotel.  Good place to stay when entering and leaving the Pantanal area.  Not much to do withing walking distance of this hotel.

GOH is simply the best hotel in Cuiaba. Well taken care of, great staff and the breakfast is the best I’ve ever had. Valet is awesome and quick and everything is top of the line. A++ def will come back here.
