Hotel location is very good. It is worth mentioning that I booked for two nights but did not arrive at the hotel on the first day. The environment is good, breakfast is relatively simple because of the epidemic, the overall feeling is good, and the traffic is convenient to enter and leave. Visited Culiacan for a friend's wedding, and had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The property was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about the front desk staff - they went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The staff called us taxis each day, and arranged for transportation to Mazatlan after our flight plans changed. The front desk staff spoke English. Humaya restaurant was fantastic, especially the breakfast! The other highlight of the property was the M Club lounge (for Bonvoy Platinum and above). The lounge was well stocked with delicious food and beverages, and attendants were very friendly. We would stay here again without hesitation.
