I was not given the room that me and one of my colleagues booked by saying its over booked and error by system. We have asked to change on next day. And front dest seems to not feel guilty at all and given some $10-20 coupon and we feel its very regular for them. Dont like they treat the way in this situation. Also have less water flow in shower and basin. Otherwise bed, rooms and location is good as per my works.

Great place to stay near LAX. Room was spacious and very clean.

The hotel has a good location, with shopping malls and catering services nearby, within walking distance; the rooms are spacious, tidy, clean and hygienic; the facilities are complete and comfortable; the front desk staff is friendly and friendly!

Hotel facilities and rooms are very old, gray feeling, sanitation is average, there is nothing near the hotel, breakfast options are few, the quality is average, and the service attitude is OK, but it is not recommended to stay.

The staff were friendly and the room condition was good, and it was nice to have a comfortable stay.

The staff was courteous, pleasant, and helpful. The location was safe and convenient for shopping and walking.

This trip the stay was not so good. 1st room AC did not work. The 2nd room Shower water was extremely slow coming out. Then they had a fire alarm sensor going off for hours. Hardly got any sleep that night called and complained to the front desk. Told me they would be working on the fire alarm system later. But not concern to send maintenance to check it out. This stay was not a good stay possible due to the construction. It was just terrible.

Booked the hotel 2 weeks before the date and arrived at the hotel just to be told that they didn’t have room for us. The front desk told us that they cancelled our hotel because they don’t have room for us. The front desk was very rude. They said that the ******* supposed to inform us. Called ******* and they said that our booking still active. Luckily the ******* team was being helpful and found us another hotel. While calling the *******, my friends overheard the front desk lady talked to the manager that they still have another customer that needed to tell them that they also didn’t have room for them. They said hopefully this customer never showed up. Never expected this kind of treatment from Marriott’s brand.
