Excellent location in the heart of cuneo. Unbeatable price for what u get in. Very nice old house with even nicer rooms. Breakfast is also very nice and u can ask for a special coffee if u dont like the one from the machine. We for sure go back and stay again on this lovely hotel.
Response from Property: Dear guest, thank you for choosing our hotel and for the kind review you wrote for us. We are glad that you like our facility with its classic charm as well as its rooms, comfortable and cared so to welcome at the best our guests and our buffet breakfast that we like to prepare daily with artisanal fresh products of our territory. We are even more pleased that you enjoyed the coffee offered by our staff which, prepared fresh on the spot, offers greater taste and quality to our guests' breakfast. It was a pleasure to host you and we will wait for your prompt return. Kindest regards Phi Hotel Principe

This is a fabulous hotel. Set in the heart of Cuneo’s square right next to the pedestrianised old town and a stones throw from the beautiful cathedral, you’d be hard pushed to find a better place to stay. Communication before arrival was fantastic and easy. Maurizio even sorted out our transport from Turin airport. Not so easy for us to do as we were travelling with bikes (storage at the hotel was provided in their locked garage) The hotel is clean, steeped in history and the staff are incredibly friendly with a great knowledge of English- far better than my Italian! Covid measures are still taken very seriously by all staff too. The room was lovely, a good size, with a balcony. Air-con worked effectively and the bathroom was great. Again, exceptionally clean. House keeping we’re great too. Breakfast is included with all the usual you’d expect for a good continental graze! Again, staff are exceptionally welcoming. Cuneo is not really a destination people consider but if you do find yourself heading that way, this is certainly the place to stay! Mille grazie Maurizio and your family for being so welcoming and looking after us so well.

A last minute choice for a one night sleep, and following the reviews we finished at this hotel, which is right in the middle of Cuneo. The square is rather bare but finding a àrking spot for the night shouldńt be a problem. We managed to park inside our motorbike, where there were another 3 before us. The service both desk and breakfast was extremely polite and efficient. It seems, by the awards displayed, that it used to be a Best Western. Maybe it still is. The hotel seems recently renovated. The room is not cozy as such, a bit “airport” style, but very well appointed and excellent bathroom, which is not that common in Italy unfortunately. The double bed was very confortable and the room very quiet. Not much more to ask from a hotel really. The price is a bit steep but it was high season and a last minute option. I certainly recommend it both as a base for exploring or for a single night.

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Principe di Piemonte during our two visits to Cuneo. This family-run establishment full of Old World charm is our favorite hotel in Cuneo. The excellent location, well-appointed rooms, scrumptious breakfast and customer service are first class. The staff's warm hospitality and attention to detail are exceptional. We highly recommend Principe and look forward to returning in the future.

The most central hotel, located within the town square, private parking at a cheap price. Warm family management, personal attitude, very clean Spacious and renovated rooms. The hotel is within walking distance of the city center and the city's shopping. You should use the place and get recommendations from restaurants to trips within 25 km in the area.

Ottima posizione in piazza Galimberti. Camere con ogni confort pulite e spaziose. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Posizione invidiabile, arredamento gradevole. Cameriere gentili e premurose.
