下單前看酒店有空調才訂的，到了酒店，前台堅決不給用空調，和她説了有鼻炎，加上高原，呼吸不暢需要空調，前台編造各種藉口，就是不給用空調，一會説國家不讓他們那一塊的人用空調，一會説天氣冷不需要空調，説可以開窗睡，一樓，窗户沒安裝防護欄，讓一女的開窗睡？？一會又説他們家的電不安全，帶不動。這是其一，另外，房間幾乎沒打掃，毛巾巨臟，全部是黃色污漬；更奇葩的是走廊燈用紙板粘住不給照明，燒水底座全是水，不敢用，洗澡的時候幾次感覺到被電了一下瘋狂甩手。洗手間抽風機聲音像哄炸機，吵死。又臟又不安全的店，千萬別住。經過這次，發現**網平能又商家的監管極其不嚴，虛假宣傳欺騙客户的商家堂而皇之的存在，**網平台去和酒店溝通也只是叫我去別的地方住。要不是在海拔4600多到4700的地方，我早走了。非常差的一家店，千萬不要住。
