The resort was extremely safe, nice staff, and the grounds were well kept. Unfortunately, it was closer to camping than a beach resort. There is no air conditioning except for the 2 bedrooms, which have no TV. The kitchen and living room are sweltering hot all day and night. There are also no screens so if you open the wood slats, bugs can come in. We were warned by hotel staff to be careful opening wood blinds because mosquitoes carry dengue fever. Yikes! Every outside noise is heard inside. Loud neighbors woke us up nightly! During our 8 night, 9 day stay, housekeeping only came one time. You are reusing towels for days. They have no washcloths at the property. The flush on our toilet broke. I was told maintenance would fix. Nobody came that day. When we asked about it again, we were asked to use the 2nd toliet for the remainder of our stay because they needed to take the entire wall piece off to fix the flusher. The four of us ended up having to use one toilet for the last 2 days, even though we purposely paid for a 2 bathroom unit. On the 2nd day, our dishwasher started stinking up our entire unit. It smelled as though rotting fish was in it, even though no dishes or anything were in it. We dealt with the horrible smell and 3 days of maintenance coming in and out until they finally found something causing it 3 days later. Beach and restaurants are not walkable distance. Consider somewhere that’s better maintained…

Our dream definitly came true at The Ridge: luxury apartments with seperate private infinity pools and direct access to the natural private Blue Bay Beach. The service of Blue Bay was outstanding and they helped us with everything we needed, just like in a hotel. The private infinity pool, the peace, the sound of the ocean, the amazing designs, the large rooms with a walk-in closet. All of this made our stay priceless. We would highly recommend to book your stay at The Ridge, when staying at Blue Bay for an unforgettable experience.

Cute placeeee to eat and delicious pizza! I have tried the margarita pizza before and it was amazing ! I have heard about the prosciutto crudo today and i had to try it. Would definitely come here again to try more of their pizza!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Blue Bay Beach is prachtig met erg mooie koraal en vissen. Elke dag heerlijk kunnen snorkelen. Strand cozy , niet te druk en genoeg ligbedjes. Botique Hotel ook knus en gezellig. Enige punt van aandacht is bij dag van vertrek dat personeel niet klantvriendelijk is. Niet mee wil denken om kamer langer te houden tegen betaling. Het zou t druk zijn voor housekeeping met schoonmaken terwijl er maar 1 ander stel naast die dag vertrok. En helft van hotel zat maar vol. Echt een gemiste kans van goede hospitality. Janna daarentegen waren we erg tevreden over , vriendelijk en erg gastvrij. Bedankt Tobias B

I was not happy with my accommodations. The unit is on the end near the street, and I was unable to sleep due to the noises. One of the doors to the patio was broken, and there was several geckos in the unit. The battery in the TV remont was weak. Also, there is no air conditioner in the living area. Therefore, it stays very hot. I tried to turn the air conditioner up and open the doors to the bedrooms, but the air conditioners would not allow me to increase to temperature. I paid a lot of money to stay at the resort, and this is unacceptable. I was not happy with my stay and will never stay at this resort again. After I made my complaints they moved me to another villa that was older than the first villa. Once again the beds were hard and very uncomfortable and the Livingroom area was ver hot making it unbearable to sit in and watch TV. The wifi didn't work and I was unable to get my work done.

My rating would be higher however ongoing construction/building work around the Blue Bay Estate does not make it relaxing stay. Building work is also ongoing around the golf course. Work is ongoing in multiple areas and Blue Bay does not make aware of it during booking. Apartmentes are spacious and well equipped, good AC and sufficient parking. Small pool nearby. It is a gated estate, easy to ger from airport and close to multiple attractions. Golf course was OK - bunkers were lacking sand and as noted earlier constrution work around a few holes did not make it relaxing experience. We were due to get resort credit but have never "received" it until we reminded the staff on the last day... even then the restaurant staff was unsure what it was and we had to speak to the reception again to be able to use it.

Muito confortável e ótimo para família ou grupo de amigos. Tranquilo e seguro, além de ótima localização para quem quer conhecer toda ilha, já que fica entre o centro (Willemstad) e as praias mais famosas da região Noroeste. Apenas duas ressalvas, avaliar a possibilidade de climatização na sala, e deixar claro que esta acomodação que fiquei não está próximo da praia para ir a pé (1,6Km)

Un lugar maravilloso, un apartamento con todas las comodidades y lujos , la playa muy tranquila con pocas carpas y sillas. Los niños disfrutan mucho del Snorkel. Muy buena limpieza, si o si deben alquilar vehículo para moverse a las playas. Cas Abao Blue Bay Port Marie Grote knip Volveremos 👌🏼
