The hotel has a fantastic location - rooms are good value for money. Rooms with a sea view have a great view of the sea. The beach is lovely for snorkeling and swimming. The complex is very well maintained and offers many dining options.

Second time staying at the hotel. The overall environment of the hotel is good, but I am not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. Many guests' rooms were not tidied and cleaned for 2 days. Breakfast is still worthy of recognition. The front desk service is also very good. The sea view and courtyard view are both beautiful

Sehr schöner Ort, schöne Zimmer, sehr leckeres Essen. Service extrem unterschiedlich. Von sehr freundlich bis unzumutbar unfreundlich. Im Karakter sind wir auf Grund der unfreundlichen Bedienung nur 1 mal abends essen gewesen. Am Strand war der Karakter -service aber überaus freundlich. Strandliegen sind nicht nur für Hotelgäste, sondern öffentlich, wenn man bestimmten Betrag verzehrt. Also ab ca. 9:30 Uhr gab es bei uns keine freien Liegen mehr. Im Zimmer tolle Kosmetikprodukte: Shampoo, Conditioner, Körpercreme. Kann man sich also im Handgepäck alles sparen! Wir hatten mit 80 Dollar Resortguthaben gebucht, dafür ein Discount- Heft bekommen, was wir nicht verwenden konnten, z.B. 10% auf Tauchausrüstung...

Schöne Lage und leckere Restaurants, der Service insgesamt passt nicht. Zimmerservice kommt nicht regelmäßig und wenn er kommt gibt es keine frischen kleinen Handtücher. Das ist mindestens 4x in 8 Tagen passiert und nach einer Beschwerde an der Rezeption hieß es nur manchmal kommen nicht genügend Handtücher. Beim Bäcker und im Koraal benötigt man viel Geduld und das Personal macht meistens einen überforderten Eindruck. Ausstattung der Zimmer ist gut. Man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto.

First of all they put us in a less expensive room than the one we paid and booked. So in the next day after we complained we had to change the room. Luckily the new room was next door to my friends but the safe box was not working and took another 24 hours to fix it. They changed the entire safe. The service is horrible. Even though my reservation say the breakfast is from 7 to 11 front desk said I do not have the breakfast included. My friend checked out and forgot her bikini drying outside. We contacted the front office on the same day since the room was already cleaned. The surprise is that the cleaning lady did not returned the bikini so probably kept for her. Further I requested for 2 face towel since the cleaning lady did not left us with clean ones. It took almost 24 hours and I only got it after going directly to the front desk complaining after they hang up the phone on me. That was the 5th time I was calling for the towels. I am trying to get on hold of the manager but apparently there is no manager in this hotel. If you want a stressful vacation paying for a 5 star hotel, choose this hotel. If that is not your plan, find another place.

Beaucoup de petits problèmes nuisent à l’expérience dans cet endroit qui pourrait facilement être beaucoup mieux. A l’arrivée la chambre, notre chambre n’est pas prète malgré que nous arrivons à l’heure indiquée. On nous dit d’attendre 1 h. Avec nos valises au soleil ce n’est très agréables. Puis une autre heure et une autre encore!! Plusieurs clients dans la même situation et la situation semble s’être répétée tous les jours à l’heure d’arrivée des nouveaux clients. La chambre elle est bien aménagée et la vue du balcon est très belle. Cependant problème de pentes avec les douches alors l’eau est rapidement partout dans la chambre. Une raclette de plancher est fournie pour aider le problème mais ça ne fonctionne pas très bien. Nous n’avons eu aucun ménage dans notre chambre pendant les 4 jours (même si c’était inclut). Lorsque nous réservons il est inscrit 2 piscines. 1 est exclusivement pour les clients du spa. L’autre est payante, à moins de prendre des consommations pour un minimum de x $. Décevant surtout quand ce n’est pas dit lors de la réservation. Le personnel des restaurants est sympathique. Les problèmes semblent plus reliés à la gestion générale. L’aménagement paysager est superbe.
