Great Place, I have been there a few times in the past . this time i brought clients for ski touring and it was fantastic! Mucha afluencia de público con la misma cantidad de andariveles, Muchos reclamos en fila atención al cliente, con altercados entre usuarios en fila (mala experiencia), Tambien largas filas en venta de ticket. Pos venta online mal también, envié correo hace 1 mes sin respuesta.

Excelente opción para combinar el deporte de esquiar y relajarse, ya que el hotel cuenta con todas las comodidades, principalmente la cercanía con el centro de ski y lockers para guardar el equipo. Habitación amplia con buena vista, camas grandes y cómodas, baño con excelente calefacción. Spa con piscina temperada y jacuzzi. Siempre muy limpio y ordenado. Bar y restaurante buenos, cena con 3 opciones para elegir cada día. Sin embargo, sugiero poner mas atención en la temperatura de los platos, ya que en tres oportunidades mi plato llego frio a la mesa, teniendo que pedir que lo calentaran. Atención del personal en general muy buena y amable. El entorno con las araucarias espectacular. Detalles a mejorar: Colocar 2 toallas de mano en el baño. 1 espejo grande en la habitación. Colocar botellita de agua en la habitación. Sería ideal que un turno del horario para cena fuera solo para adultos, niños gritando y corriendo por el salón resulta incomodo.

Compré por internet y las condiciones de compra no estaban claramente a la vista, ya que el check in es a las 16.00, cosa que al comprar no estaba señalado y el almuerzo de ese día tampoco esta incluido. El hotel, las instalaciones y la infraestructura es muy buena, sobre todo la cercanía la centro de ski. La piscina, jacuzzi y centro de spa, excelentes. El arriendo de equipo no incluye el casco, lo que tb debería estar visible a la hora de comprar el paquete. El centro de ski es maravilloso y se agradece el trato preferencial a los huespedes en las telesillas. La nota baja es para el restaurante, ya que el servicio es muy regular, la comida no es adecuada para personas que practican deporte, con una carta muy reducida y sin opciones para vegetarianos, fuera de pastas, todos los días. Me enfermé del estómago, perdiendo días de almuerzos-cenas pagadas en un pack completo.

Hotel aconchegante, equipe bem treinada, linda vista, spa com massagistas excelentes e excelente opção para se esquiar no Chile!! Um dos hotéis mais novos e bem cuidado entre as estações de esqui da América do Sul. Esquiar com vista para o vulcão e entre bosques de Araucárias foi uma experiência incrível!

Muy buena estadía, El hotel es muy bueno, es ski in, no ski out, pero tien transporte gratuito cada media hora. El ambiente es muy acogedor y las actividades del hotel muy buenas para los niños. Las vistas del volcán desde el hotel son espectaculares. La comida es espectacular. La nieve del centro de ski es buena y las pistas agradables. Tiene pistas muy buenas para principiantes y hay opciones para los avanzados. Volveré

Un Hotel cálido y acogedor, con una atención y servicios de los mejores. Recomiendo el pisco sour de piñones. Cada noche con entretención, cata de vinos entre otros. Piscinas interior y exterior. Con unos paisajes maravillosos. Recomendable al 100%.

Riding motorcycle through South America, This lodging was selected - with its spectacular view, super clean room and friendly staff, I slept very well after a long day of riding. Breakfast was hot and delicious. It worth it and I would return to stay here again.
