I really enjoyed my stay, the breakfast was wonderful, everything was very clean, the staff were very friendly, every time I go to Curitiba I will end up staying at this same hotel, it is very well located.

I really liked it; it met my needs very well. Comfortable bed and everything was clean, nice and warm shower!
Surprising breakfast for the price we paid.
I highly recommend it!
The only thing I should mention is that our colleagues were not so lucky with their beds.

I was very poorly received, the receptionist was very rude, I made a reservation for a double bed and they made a single bed available, and the receptionist simply told me to go complain because he wouldn't do anything, he even said a lot of things disfavoring the booking site and said that the problem was mine with the site. The receptionist was very rude and without the slightest empathy. The bed was uncomfortable, the shower despite being gas, didn't heat up at all, the water was cold, there is no hair dryer in the room, you have to borrow one at reception.
