Hotel localizado no coração do bairro Santa Felicidade, de fácil acesso, funcionários gentis e bem treinados, café da amanhã delicioso. Recomendo. Quando precisar pernoitar em Curitiba naquela região, com certeza será a minha opção.

Terrible attendance
We were two adults and 2 children and a baby
There was no towel, I requested 4x and nothing
They said they would put a crib and they didn't.

O hotel precisa melhorar em muita coisa, principalmente no serviço de quarto. Um absurdo não funcionar a noite após as 21h… se você chegar de viagem após às 22h dê o jeito de comer fora, pois nem café permitem, não tem nada no hotel para comer, tem uns salgadinhos e só! Serviço de quarto, esquece. . O frigobar está de enfeite, não tem nada, você tem que comprar na recepção, uma água por exemplo. Uma das vezes, era por volta das 23h30, desci para comprar água vez que não tem no frigobar, e pasmem, não havia mais na recepção para vender. Oi? E tive que ir dormir com sede, junto com o meu filho. . Quando o restaurante está aberto, só tem umas 5 opções no cardápio. E todos os dias as mesmas opções. Pedi um frango grelhado , além de caro, não estava muito bom. . O banheiro estava vazando, a porta de madeira, estava ficando podre, o quarto tem duas lâmpadas penduradas, daquelas amarelas, vários quartos ficam de frente para uma empresa(madeireira), ou seja, não pode deixar a janela aberta, pois você consegue ver pessoas trabalhando. . Enfim, péssima a experiência, para uma diária de 370,00 (a que eu paguei), fiquei 5 dias deixou muito a desejar. Já paguei bem menos em hotéis e que ofertaram muito mais. . Portanto, não recomendo:…. Eu não volto mais!!!

Poderia ser mais bem cuidado na parte da manutenção! O blackout não funciona com espaços nos cantos deixando o quarto muito claro assim que sol nasce! As portas do corredor para o são muito fracas e da para ouvir tudo que acontece no corredor!
A localização é maravilhosa só falta um pouco mais de manutenção no hotel!
