HORRIBLE - drain full of hair, hot water didn't work, worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my entire life, zero cleanliness, bad breakfast, room looks like a museum, I honestly don't know how the Bristol chain lets this hotel use its name of them, failed in all aspects, without telling the employees, I asked for 2x to fix the shower in room 1901, no one did anything, daily rate 240.00 + 150.00 half day for having entered in the morning, regret at 1000, I will never return and I will never recommend

Good service, clean and quiet. The structure is old but well maintained. I would use it again on a new stay. The only thing left to be desired was the pillows, which were small. the location is very good, check in and check out access is quick and simple.

Bad experience. The air conditioning in the room only works when turned on, then it doesn't change the temperature, the smell of sewage (coming up from the kitchen sink), the curtains are torn and lets light into the room and to top it off, I woke up in the morning with a hotel employee entering the room. bedroom and using the bathroom. The room has 2 floors and used the lower part. (It wasn't the maid) when asked, she said she didn't know there were people in the room because the system said it was available. The height of absurdity...I certainly won't be returning.
