Ficamos uma diária, café da manhã excelente, atendimento cordial mas poderia ter havido mais proatividade em alguns itens que foram solicitados a recepção, solicitei travesseiros extras e não tinha em estoque, depois solicitei a senha do Wi-Fi pois a rede aberta não estava carregando, não tive devolutiva.

Quarto agradável , recepcionista sempre atencioso, porteiro Daniel prestativo. Sempre fico hospedado com a família ou a trabalho. Sempre que estou em Curitiba fico hospedado no hotel. Sugestão de mais canais na tv e como Curitiba costuma ser frio, sugiro ar quente

Precisa melhorar na limpeza do quarto, não trocam as toalhas todos os dias. Daniel o porteiro ótimo atendimento e pesso da recepção também. Ótimo hotel e restaurante. Sugestão seria incluir uma academia, assim melhoraria ainda mais a estadia dos hóspedes.

Pelo valor cobrado, encntrei um café da manhã muito simples e de reposição demorada.
O chuveiro (ao menos o do meu quarto), possuia um ressalto e uma porta extremamente apertada. Como tenho problemas nos joelhos (algo bem comum hoje em dia), tive grande dificuldade de entrar e sair, somando-se ainda o risco de um acidente.
