Final Semana em Curitiba
Atendimento ótimo, quarto confortável, ficamos no 1 andar, para quem gosta de dormir até um pouco mais tarde não recomendo, pois o quarto que ficamos fica 1 amador acima do restaurante, escutamos muito barulho perto das 7:00 da manhã, os hóspedes tomando café da manhã, muito barulho de arrastar cadeiras, restante tudo impecável!

Experiencia Ruim neste Hotel
Propriedade não adaptada ao clima local, um hotel com quartos de azulejo e piso porcelanato num clima de 10 graus em média.. muito ruim! deveriam revestir com madeira. Restaurante não esta preparado para atender os hospedes a noite.. fomos jantar e não havia profissionais para fazer os pedidos feitos.. a solução foi "não aceitar pedidos de pratos no cardapio".. enfim, experiencia ruim...

Hotel da rede Confiance, acreditava que seria uma estrutura melhor, porém poucos funcionários na recepção, estavam visivelmente desmotivados , o edredom qdo abri estava enrolado com um fronha é uma faca descartável ( creio que o mesmo estava sujo ) enfim não gostei

Bom custo-benefício
Hotel bom, quarto amplo, bom chuveiro. Peca pela internet que é ruim e sempre desconecta, pelo estacionamento cobrado, e por que haviam cabelos na cama quando chegamos.
Boa localização, atendimento bom, vale pelo custo-benefício.
