The greatest problem is the room's cleaning, they forget to put their towels and toilet paper, and as soon as we entered the room there was no toilet paper. We stayed 5 nights and had 1 day that they didn't clean the room. They missed caprich in the beds' dressing and they didn't wash and exchange the glasses any day. They left the way we used. A positive point is the water filter available at the reception to fill our bottle because pay 10,00 per bottle of water is too much.

The hotel is very well located!Big room for the standard, with dryer, place to support the bag, satisfactory cleaning, (with room to improve), Wi-Fi OK, academy, medium breakfast. The hotel has been very friendly and very friendly staff (except a boy who was at the reception day 28/5 at night ) I would certainly host again since it maintains the cost-benefit ratio. The hotel has a good location, spacious room, we were in 3 people I, my husband and my 3-year-old son, breakfast is good, with parking, coffee staff are educated and attentive, the night receptionist is super attentive, But the morning receptionist is very badly educated, for two times I came to the reception giving good day he was quiet and silent, the girl who was far away, who gave the good day, and taking the badly educated the rest was quiet.

The negative points were that the small bathroom, stubborn, sanitary vase with a sweat look, lack of protective screen in the janeka of the apartment, in view of our stay in the 14th floor, the bathroom box was without the guide, Leaving the glass half that loose, which worried about accidents in the bathroom. I stayed at Radisson for one night from Thursday to Friday April/2021. My bedroom was luxury double room, and the reservation was made 2 weeks in advance through booking.com app, i got a fair price that included breakfast. I really enjoyed the bedroom size, with a pretty spacious bathroom, working desk with comfortable chair. Big TV and gigantic confy bed. The reception clerk was really polite, I had done the Pre booking on line, it took 5 minutes to finalize the check in and get the room card. I drove to Curitiba, and the hotel counts with valet service at extra cost. I like the ironing board in the hotel bedroom. Nice touch the washing cloths, lots of hotels in Brazil don’t have those. Extra points for the good hair dryer. Good toiletries- body moisturizer, shampoo and hair conditioner, 2 soap bars, tissues and shower caps. Fluffy and big towels, plenty of clothes hanger I Stayed on the 3rd floor, next time i’ll ask for a higher room, so i can have a better view of the Japanese Square Park. The hotel location is pretty good, in a high end neighborhood and close to downtown. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, the menu didn’t have a lot of variety- I ended up having filet and past and the flavor was good, but if i stay at the hotel again i will have dinner outside the hotel. The bedroom offered tea, coffee and water bottles and a courtesy. The breakfast buffet had a pretty good variety of fruits, yogurts, juices and nice and fresh breads. It did have a espresso machine and some sweets and cheeses. Considering pandemic measures i thought the hotel is being really careful living windows and doors open, and at the hotel restaurant the tables have enough room between them. I would say it’s a 9 out of 10.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. If only hotels in the United Kingdom took a leaf out of this hotels book and have the quality at the low price. Staff waiting at the entrance for customers, staff are helpful and pleasant. Hotel is immaculate and beautiful. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. Only lost a point as the waitress at breakfast ignored me and left dirty plates at table despite clearly other tables used crockery immediately. Felt undervalued and not welcome by her. Airport shuttle service is a taxi. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get loading and to the airport. Highly recommend, you'll not be disappointed.

Good accommodation option in San José dos Pinháis. We often travel from SP to South, and stay half the road, in SJP. Cities have many hotel options for the Curitibe Airport, located in the region. The hotel is located in the city's shopping area, just a few squares. It has a good parking and a pleasant receptionist service. The hotel is very comfortable and clean, and I would like to emphasise the indoor maintenance of the suites, with doors and boxes already spent for years of use, but nothing to compromise the use. I would be a little cheaper day when compared to large-scale hotels in the region.
