I stayed in the hotel with my wife on a holiday trip, it was my first time in Curitiba and I didn't know the city very well, and for the reviews I read at first this looked like a good hotel. The rooms are good, but the building is old and it is possible to hear noise of the tube when some other guests take off or bath, which can catch the sleep of many people. The restaurant where breakfast is served is small, which makes you have to eat outside of it or then wait to have vacation at some table. Another point is that coffee starts at 7:00, so if you have some commit early you may have to leave the hotel without even drinking coffee. Another thing that is bad for those who travel by car is that the parking is charged and that information is not clearly available, and the hotel parking is small and, or you need to leave the key at the reception, The hotel also has no academy, I have a partnership with a nearby one. It's interesting because you'll have a complete school, but it's a disturbing thing that you're not at the same place as you're. The hotel staff are very well-performing, but I noticed that there are few at the reception and at certain times of the day they end up not realizing everything you have to do and generates row. One thing that has bothered me a little, although I don't make any difference, is that the bathroom box has a small bathroom, so if the guest has reduced mobility, is obese, pregnant or disabled, the bathroom becomes impossible. Hotel well located, comfortable room, I found only the bathroom box very small, a big person will be uncomfortable. The hotel has been hosted for three times. I recommend.

I was in this hotel in late December, I had an experience that was not very good but we go by the good part of this hotel is the location is in front of the Municipal Market and in front of the bus point that makes the journey to the tourist points. Now the part that is not so good, breakfast has diversity, but when some item finishes, they don't rest fast, the breads are coated, the dry cake, juice is not natural ... the room where I stayed the box was well-fetched, I had no air conditioning control, so I arrived and asked the reception for this control more than once, but I did not receive it. And I had a countertime, the hotel around 15:00 only leaves hot water, as the system is gas, so it is impossible to take a bath. I called to inform and ask for help, the information I had already seen, well, in that meantime the water was over, because the bomb had a problem. Whenever they called at the reception they gave a deadline, but the deadline was not met ... finally was a disorder! I think the information could be clearer because problems happen, but the way it is conducted is a differential.

I recommend for: - old room, which also means huge. - excellent cleaning and shower - very caprich breakfast - always pleasant and friendly service -wonderful location,it only cross the street to be in the CTB shopping,in addition to several restaurants and attractions nearby -in spite of the location - very central, it is quiet. reserves: - very soft bed ( personal taste and need)- I asked to change my room and I was readyly attended by Caetano, but the truth is that the other room had no different bed, So we don't change the room. (but I emphasise that we have been offered the option with great gentleness) - excellent breakfast with many options. offer tapioca and ometele, but I would like the management to train who makes them because they are not made in the right way. Hello, I like mtooo staying in this hotel, because it has a good price, with excellent service, careful staff, the only thing k leaves to desire in some rooms the garden are broken, not doing blecoult completely. The location for me is excellent , near my family. Good night mtooo thank you.

I stayed at Radisson for one night from Thursday to Friday April/2021. My bedroom was luxury double room, and the reservation was made 2 weeks in advance through booking.com app, i got a fair price that included breakfast. I really enjoyed the bedroom size, with a pretty spacious bathroom, working desk with comfortable chair. Big TV and gigantic confy bed. The reception clerk was really polite, I had done the Pre booking on line, it took 5 minutes to finalize the check in and get the room card. I drove to Curitiba, and the hotel counts with valet service at extra cost. I like the ironing board in the hotel bedroom. Nice touch the washing cloths, lots of hotels in Brazil don’t have those. Extra points for the good hair dryer. Good toiletries- body moisturizer, shampoo and hair conditioner, 2 soap bars, tissues and shower caps. Fluffy and big towels, plenty of clothes hanger I Stayed on the 3rd floor, next time i’ll ask for a higher room, so i can have a better view of the Japanese Square Park. The hotel location is pretty good, in a high end neighborhood and close to downtown. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, the menu didn’t have a lot of variety- I ended up having filet and past and the flavor was good, but if i stay at the hotel again i will have dinner outside the hotel. The bedroom offered tea, coffee and water bottles and a courtesy. The breakfast buffet had a pretty good variety of fruits, yogurts, juices and nice and fresh breads. It did have a espresso machine and some sweets and cheeses. Considering pandemic measures i thought the hotel is being really careful living windows and doors open, and at the hotel restaurant the tables have enough room between them. I would say it’s a 9 out of 10.

Fui muito bem recebido desde check in ao check out. Fui alocado no andar mais alto, cfme solicitado na reserva. É um hotel que tem estacionamento e guarda para cuidar do patrimonio dos clientes. Café da manhã muito bom! Excelente infra que quem está passando por ali. Fiquei apenas uma noite, o que encanta é a proximidade ao aeroporto e o seu conforto! É um hotel muito bem planejado, que comporta perfeitamente a demanda local. Internet muito boa nos quartos. Muito obrigado SJP! Obrigado Ibis!!

This is a great hotel for U.S. visitors to Brazil. Mercure is near the airport and very clean & modern. The employees are very helpful. Some employees speak English but even those who don’t, are very patient & kind using Google translate to communicate with us. Lia, who is employed in the hotel restaurant is a super nice lady and very kind.Lia provided great service. The restaurant in this hotel has good food. We were able to communicate with Lia using Google translate on our phones. Highly recommend this place.
