This is a great hotel for U.S. visitors to Brazil. Mercure is near the airport and very clean & modern. The employees are very helpful. Some employees speak English but even those who don’t, are very patient & kind using Google translate to communicate with us. Lia, who is employed in the hotel restaurant is a super nice lady and very kind.Lia provided great service. The restaurant in this hotel has good food. We were able to communicate with Lia using Google translate on our phones. Highly recommend this place.

Fui muito bem recebido desde check in ao check out. Fui alocado no andar mais alto, cfme solicitado na reserva. É um hotel que tem estacionamento e guarda para cuidar do patrimonio dos clientes. Café da manhã muito bom! Excelente infra que quem está passando por ali. Fiquei apenas uma noite, o que encanta é a proximidade ao aeroporto e o seu conforto! Good accommodation option in San José dos Pinháis. We often travel from SP to South, and stay half the road, in SJP. Cities have many hotel options for the Curitibe Airport, located in the region. The hotel is located in the city's shopping area, just a few squares. It has a good parking and a pleasant receptionist service. The hotel is very comfortable and clean, and I would like to emphasise the indoor maintenance of the suites, with doors and boxes already spent for years of use, but nothing to compromise the use. I would be a little cheaper day when compared to large-scale hotels in the region.

The hotel is very well located!Big room for the standard, with dryer, place to support the bag, satisfactory cleaning, (with room to improve), Wi-Fi OK, academy, medium breakfast. The hotel has been very friendly and very friendly staff (except a boy who was at the reception day 28/5 at night ) I would certainly host again since it maintains the cost-benefit ratio. I was very surprised with the hotel :)

(but I emphasise that we have been offered the option with great gentleness) - excellent breakfast with many options. offer tapioca and ometele, but I would like the management to train who makes them because they are not made in the right way. ( the tapioca is made and a pack of cheese and sore soup is placed in the middle of the omelet the same thing). These are simple details that inspired me lack of training. However, we only have the breakfast team, very performing always.

A nice hotel, in a big tower, located between the downtown and the fancy Batel neighborhood. Around the hotel you have all kind of structure: Bakery Shop, Drugstore, a Mall, Public Square. The hotel has a parking operated by a Vallet, so a plus is charged and checkout. The room is small, a little outdated, like the hotel himself. But has a good bed, and a strong shower. I do not reserve with breakfast option, because i just like the Bakery in front of Four Season hotel. The wifi is stable and has a good performance.

I stayed in the hotel with my wife on a holiday trip, it was my first time in Curitiba and I didn't know the city very well, and for the reviews I read at first this looked like a good hotel. The rooms are good, but the building is old and it is possible to hear noise of the tube when some other guests take off or bath, which can catch the sleep of many people. The restaurant where breakfast is served is small, which makes you have to eat outside of it or then wait to have vacation at some table. Another point is that coffee starts at 7:00, so if you have some commit early you may have to leave the hotel without even drinking coffee. Another thing that is bad for those who travel by car is that the parking is charged and that information is not clearly available, and the hotel parking is small and, or you need to leave the key at the reception, The hotel also has no academy, I have a partnership with a nearby one. It's interesting because you'll have a complete school, but it's a disturbing thing that you're not at the same place as you're. The hotel staff are very well-performing, but I noticed that there are few at the reception and at certain times of the day they end up not realizing everything you have to do and generates row. One thing that has bothered me a little, although I don't make any difference, is that the bathroom box has a small bathroom, so if the guest has reduced mobility, is obese, pregnant or disabled, the bathroom becomes impossible. And last but not least, the building that the hotel is located is old, so the stairs for you to climb to the room are inappropriate, being a flight route and passing through the hotel reception. Incredible, wonderful hotel, wonderful coffee, wonderful room, the best hotel our family has hosted in Curitiba, it's worth it, when we come back we know where to stay.
