Hotel service is good, The location is very convenient. But because I'm going to the scenic spot, I only stayed for 4 hours, but I can store my luggage. The garden is very beautiful and very nostalgic!

房間很大，乾淨衞生，在馬路邊上但是門面較小，容易走過錯過。在市場旁邊不遠，離武器廣場步行10分鐘，還行。

值得推薦。精品酒店，性價比高。是我最愛的小庭院風格。

Usgar is an amazing hotel in Cusco, good position, good service and personnel very kindly and professional, very reccomended!!!! In cusco should be a must stay here, breakfast is a good buffet and is close to different services (laundry as well)

My experience at Usgar San Pedro Boutique was deeply disappointing, culminating in what I can only describe as the worst service I have ever encountered, paired with an incident where I was robbed. The distress and inconvenience caused by this experience have led me to strongly advise against anyone considering a stay at this establishment. In light of these events, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Usgar San Pedro Boutique to any traveler seeking a safe and welcoming place to stay.

The best hotel ever!!! It feels like HOME. Ivan was so helpful, kind and generous. We originally booked for 3days stay and charged us the same rate for the extension coz honestly, we don’t want to leave Cusco. I consider the city one of the safest place. The room that we stayed in is cozy and the space is quite huge. Location is right next to the restaurants, churches and market. I even felt like Ivan is our father because he will literally send us off for our tour pick up. He also help us in arranging all of our TOURS without any hassle. He also make sure to send us a breakfast whenever our tour starts early, as early as 4am. Im really glad, I stayed here and definitely will come back

It is above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend for everyone including foreigners and tourists. I will be recommending this hotel to my friends and family that are traveling to Cuzco, Pero!

Normally we don't write any reviews, but an hour after checking in we already knew that this place deserved a good one. host Ivan welcomed us extremely friendly to this lovely place and immediately answered all our questions regarding tours for places we wanted to visit. This made everything super easy to arrange and allowed us to enjoy our time more. Very calmly he laid down all our options! We had originally booked 5 nights but in the end we extended our stay with 3 more nights. After having done a tour to Manu National Park we decided to come back for 2 more nights, it truly felt like we came back home. One evening Ivan had organized a small campfire in the courtyard for a group, he allowed us to join in and have a few drinks. Ivan goes above and beyond to provide his guests with the best possible experience, we were amazed by the passion he has for running this place. He does this together with his family, all of which are friendly and speak English. The rooms are comfortable and the atmosphere is lovely. We enjoyed our walks from to the city centre, the distance is not far and takes you past several sights. There is also a cheap and good supermarket at close distance. Wifi works great, breakfast is good! Cusco is an amazing place to be and staying at Usgar San Pedro Boutique will only make it better. Thank you, Roy and Laura

We originally planned to stay for 2 nights in Usgar but we ended up extending it to 4 nights. Despite our hectic schedule, our host Ivan is very accommodating. He treated us like part of the family. He answers all the queries even late at night😝. Room is very clean and my friend and I love the washroom (we are very particular on this.) We love the vibe of the hotel, very relaxing. All the staff are friendly, even if sometimes we are being nosy. They made us feel at home. Breakfast is splendid too. If I can rate this humble hotel to 7 star, I will😍. Cusco is very much open now (despite the news online.) We encourage all the people who likes to visit the country to go for it. It is very safe and I can’t say anything about Peruvian people. The nicest and sweetest people on earth❤️

Excellent attention. Very nice place. Clean, illuminated. Very complete breakfast and meals in case you come back late and want to snack. I would return without a doubt..... Thank you Ivan for the good service!! They keep your suitcases for you too. Excellent location!!! I recommend!!!

The hotel is very well located, the rooms are very comfortable and the service is very friendly. We were in the quadruple room which is very beautiful. The breakfast is very good. There is fruit, cold cuts, eggs and bread. As an improvement I would add a hair dryer and nightstands in the double room.

Very cozy colonial-style place, with very pleasant and clean environments, where I could not only work quietly but also rest after each of the treks we did!!! It is also very close to the San Pedro market and the city center!! Thank you very much for making our stay in Cusco a unique experience!!

The location is perfect for a stay in Cusco, very central but still quiet as the rooms all face the inner courtyard. The hotel staff is super friendly and accommodating. Special requests are fulfilled and even my sunglasses that I left in the room were sent to me upon request. That is great service! I can highly recommend the hotel. It is clean, safe and you feel comfortable there.
