Viví una situación donde dejé encargada mi mochila para hacer un tour que contraté dentro del mismo Hostal y por la lluvia se mojó y se metieron en mi mochila “porque pensaron que estaba mi pasaporte o cosas importantes” y me dijeron que habían mandado a lavar mi ropa lo cual es una mentira ya que estaba toda mojada pero lo peor es que se metieron en ella sin autorización en lugar de contactarme además que tuve que yo acercarme a pedir explicaciones ya que la comunicación de ellos fue nula, si bien se llegó a un acuerdo y a disculpas no deja de ser un hecho relevante para la experiencia que tuve. Deberían mejorar la comunicación con los huéspedes en caso de situaciones como estas.

L'hôtel est en haut de San Blas dans un quartier agréable. L'accueil est correct. Par contre la chambre est très rudimentaire. Elle est surtout très froide la nuit, avec pas mal de courant d'air. Lors de notre second séjour à Cuzco (après le chemin inca), nous avons changé d'hôtel pour aller à la casa de Anita qui était beaucoup mieux.

We spent almost 2 weeks in 3 different rooms. It's a family business, the owners take great care of the guests, they are very helpful and attentive. The rooms are quiet, the water in the shower always hot. The hostel offers several excursions
