Beautiful, clean hotel. Great, friendly, mostly bilingual staff. Frank was an absolute delight. Friendly every morning, said hi to me at every entrance and exit of the hotel. He carried my heavy luggage all the way to the taxi. He was patient and kind to answer all my questions not only about the hotel but the city as well. Beds a comfy. Views of the court yard from the bedroom are stunning. Comfortable beds, rooms are cold at night. BUT they provide with thick blankets at request and space heater. Varying breakfast options every morning. Never got bored of food. Coffee and complimentary coca tea in the lobby. Beautiful comfy lobby. About a 10-15 minute walk to plaza de armas. But veryyyy close to any market/money exchange/restaurants on Ave de sol.

Spent three nights in this very good hotel which is in a central location within walking distance to the main square & sights. The room was a small double with a bathroom & walk in shower, no bathtub dramas! Pretty good restaurant & small bar and about the best breakfasts on the tour. Fairly friendly & helpful staff and a nice central courtyard to enjoy the afternoon sun, a cold beer & a good book!

Relaxing experience in a unique setting. Katy gave me the best massage I’ve had in years. The small touches were what I noticed; a warmed robe, a great head massage and an intrinsic aptitude to relax the shoulders and upper back. Very much looking forward to seeing her again.

Abelardo was a fantastic waiter and he went above and beyond with fantastic service while we were staying at Xima. We happened to be staying at the hotel during our birthdays and he went out of his way to provide exceptional service and make sure that we had a wonderful dinner.

Thanks to all workers, the service was great specially Lucio and Frank very cordial and helpful. The location of the hotel is in the downtown which is very convenient to museums, artesanal markets, restaurants, drug stores, and the Main Square as well.

Excellent hotel and best service by all his staff. We had a too firm mattress for our preference and they switched us to a better/softer one without any hesitation. Jossef showed us two additional room for us to choose. Thanks for the great stay. Would recommend to anyone.

The place to stay downtown! Blocks from Plaza de Armas, the main square, with all the best churches, shopping, restaurants. Yes Churches! Do eat at the Xima, believe me best food and waiters. Request John Garcia, head waiter for Xima, he will make you feel welcome and provide the experience you're looking for. My wife nearly left me for him(just kidding). This was a great week made special by all at the hotel, don't forget to drink the tea!

Excellent deep tissue massage!! The ambiance was lovely. The welcome area was nicely set up with little beds for relaxing. I wanted a massage before my hike to loosen my muscles and this treat with Soraida was effective and blissful! When she finished she wrapped a warm robe around me. It felt like heaven!!

The hotel was great and the service provided by Jossef was awesome the rooms were comfortable and very clean the water was hot and the hotel restaurant food was great the attention to detail by staff was top knotch I would definitely come back and do it all over again.

This hotel is a good place to stay near everything. The breakfast are good and light . The personnel is very attentive Jossef help us with our luggage and he was extra helpful and careful with all that we need . He is a very good person to have around in your trip .

This was our first trip to Peru and we found this country to be a joy to visit. The people seem very content, friendly and we always felt completely safe. That said, this was our favorite hotel stay and it was primarily due to staff. I want to give a shout out to Juan Garcia and another person (whose name I can’t recall) who gave us recommendations to a terrific pizza place close to the main square. Our room consisted of a large bed on one side and another queen size separate from us which our granddaughter loved. The daily breakfast was terrific and the lunch we had did not disappoint. Overall a great choice. Thank you Xima
