Tierra Viva Cusco Centro Reviews

This hotel is centrally located within walking distance to the markets & main plaza. The beds are comfortable. Rooms with king bed are small. The courtyard is nice. The breakfast was average to below average. The internet is free but intermittent at best. There is a nightclub nearby which plays loud music until 3:30am which makes it really difficult to sleep. The reason I'm giving this hotel a 3 star is because of the excellent service we received from Oscar Silva Casafranca. He was courteous, efficient and always pleasant & smiling. He helped with our baggage & was quick to answer any questions or queries we had. He's a huge asset to this hotel.

The overall experience was wonderful

There is nothing wrong with this brand hotel chain, this is a continued stay. Hot water and free drinks are always available.

A nice hotel with very friendly front desk staff. Although I don’t understand the language, I can explain it from my heart.
