ESTAFA TOTAL...este hostal ya no existe (hace años), la dirección que aparece en esta página no es la correcta, el número que corresponde es 380, en esta la "dirección" existe otro llamado "Qosqollay ByB", que es del mismo dueño. Cuando llegas te dicen que no quedan habitaciones y te envían a otro alojamiento más lejos (7 cuadras), en nuestro caso nos llevaron al "Hotel Boutique El Carmen" jajajajaja, que de boutique no tiene nada y además no reconocen el pago que tu hiciste con la agencia (la que sea) y te exigen pagar 500 soles extra si te quieres quedar. Las habitaciones y la limpieza deja mucho que desear, hay malas instalaciones en el baño y en las habitaciones, colocan una sola toalla para dos personas, no tienen agua caliente, colocan sábanas de una plaza en una cama de dos plazas y dicen que no tienen libro de reclamos, pero cuando los van a fiscalizar lo tienen.

Muy pésimo lugar espantoso las fotos que suben a internet no son las mismas cuando uno llega la habitación en malas condiciones no facilitan papel higiénico la atención es muy mala no hay agua caliente para ducharse y no se responsabilizan no hacen nada para solucionar el problema a partir no tienen cable en definitiva no hay nada y tampoco no es lo que sale y dicen en internet HORRIBLE ESPANTOSO LUGAR Espero que no vengan a este hotel se llevarán una gran desilución

Pagamos la habitación, llegamos a las 22hrs y ahora siendo más de las 1 de la mañana no nos quieren dar nuestra habitación porque la vendieron, aparte no quieren devolver el dinero, si es que quisiéramos quedarnos nos piden que paguemos mucho más dinero ya que dicen que es solo reserva el monto que aparece en la página de Internet, tengo boleta que demuestra lo contrario

Pésimo hotel, pésimo servicio TOTAL ESTAFA, pagas en línea y al llegar te informan que no hay reflejado ningún pago, que ellos se comunicaran con la empresa, pague ahí con ellos en el entendido que se le cancelaría la reserva y al final termine pagando doble, al llegar a México me comunicó con la agencia best day, les explico la situación y como la señora Shirley eso se dedica me dio comprobante de pago de otro hotel que ella administra que se llama Carmen, lamentablemente MIRE LOS COMENTARIOS A MI REGRESO, SINO CRÉANME QUE CANCELO DESDE MI PAÍS DE ORIGEN LA RESERVA, en fin LOS COLCHONES SE LES SIENTEN LOS FIERROS, NO HABÍA AGUA CALIENTE, EL DESAYUNO QUE DICEN ES SOLO TE CON UN PAN DURO, LA TV NUNCA FUNCIONO, SUPER ESTAFADO CON ESTA EMPRESA, PIÉNSENLA MUCHO AL MOMENTO DE RESERVAR AQUÍ PORQUE SUS VACACIONES SERÁN PÉSIMAS. Es un lugar Horrible ,mal oliente,las fotos de publicidad no corresponden a lo real ,no tiene recepcion de pasajeros , el aseo es escaso o nada de aseo ,no se responsabilizan por errores administrativos de reserva de alojamiento, no tiene señaletica de numero para poder llegar ,se llega preguntando, los taxistas no lo conecen como hotel solo te dejan en la calle Santa catalina ,el numero publicado no existe , en pocas palabras es una Posilga mal olienta ,por favor no llegen a ese seudo hotel por que es una estafa .

Horrible el servicio. Dejamos ropa para lavar y nos dijeron 6 soles por kg y que estaría lista entre las 5 y las 6 de la tarde. A las 6 de la tarde nos dijeron que no estaría hasta el día siguiente y nos pedían más dinero. Dijimos que necesitabamos llevarnos la ropa aunque siguiese sucia porque teníamos que dejar la ciudad y no sabían decirnos ni donde estaba nuestra ropa. En fin, un desastre y muy mal servicio. No tienen vergüenza.
