The hotel is antique, but unfortunately I got up late and didn't have breakfast at the hotel. The waiter was nice. I lived on the second floor. The altitude is a bit high, and the cosmetic bottles are bulging!

The hotel is very close to the square and is very convenient for traveling and shopping. The hotel is relatively old and some facilities are outdated, but for this price, it can only be like this.

This hotel does not allow early check-in, which is not as good as the other hotel I stayed in. They let me check in early. This hotel is located in the city center, but I think it's average. The room is very bad for the price.

Hotel on the center of town close to the bars and disco area. Walking distance to all the tourist sites of old town Cusco. Stayed 2 nights with friends. Both rooms were ok but the noise from outside could be heard all night. Breakfast was ok nothing to say about it. What could be improved is the details and cleanliness. Service was nice.

Hotel is in a perfect location, near to main square and shops, well-maintained, clean rooms, rooms with the correct space, the lobby is a beautiful place where one can admire the colonial balconies, with a coca maté available at all times during day and night, and breakfast was great. No problems with anything, definitely i will choose again. Also really helpful and friendly staff, special mention to Juan Pablo for his help during our stay.

Great place to stay for a few days. Trustworthy. Clean. Excellent room service. Front desk staff are great and speak pretty good English. I found Johana and the rest of them very kind and helpful to travelers.

It's a standard hotel, but in fantastic location, good breakfast, hot shower and perfectly comfortable. It has great character throughout set within an old building with great courtyards. For the budget I couldn't have asked for more

Hotel was great in terms of services and location, but it is a budget hotel with limited breakfast and expect an basic room. Ours had some smelly plumbing. But again, the services were great and staff was very friendly. Great hotel if you’re on a budget.

I was looking for a way to avoid being in a packed hostel during the pandemic, and this hotel was perfect for me. Notable features: 1) 24-hour check-in/check-out (great for when you have to leave very early for a hiking trip) 2) Included breakfast (while I was there it was just a simple breakfast of bread, sliced cheese, sliced meat, and fruit, which was fine for a relatively short stay. If you're there for longer, you might try local restaurants nearby some days since they're not expensive). 3) Private bathroom 4) Fantastic location near the Plaza de Armas (so you can come back in the middle of the day to use the wifi if needed). 5) Helpful and friendly receptionists. I'd recommend bringing earplugs since (depending on the room) street noise can be a bit loud or sound might echo from the common area. However, when balancing the amenities with the price, the overall value is fantastic.

I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience did not live up to my expectations and I feel compelled to share the details of what occurred during my time there. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I noticed that several details I expected were not fulfilled. Dirty rooms, services not available, lack of amenities. However, the most worrying thing about my stay was the behavior of the manager, whose name I unfortunately do not know. His attitude towards me was completely unacceptable and, in some cases, became harassing.

Great hotel!!! Good installations. very good treatment, cleanliness and excellent location. I arrived in Cusco for a few days and stayed in this hotel that is right in the center, I felt at home, highly recommended... they offer to help with everything and that is appreciated when you are visiting a beautiful city!

I really liked the hotel, I liked the hotel facilities, the attention of the staff, always attentive to everything, the very delicious breakfast and especially the coffee 😋 with an incomparable aroma. But above all I liked the unconditional attention of the receptionist Carla.
