I went in June(their winter) and the night is 2 celcius. the heater didnt work that much its freezing cold. However I got a junior suite with this fancy Jacuzzi!! They are far from everything but the cars from Indrive app is cheap so it didn't that matter.

The hotel accommodations where excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was extremely nice. A special mention to the host Henson who took care of us from day one going above and beyond to accommodate us. Will be recommending.

Hi I had a lovely stay at this hotel. I came to Cusco to climb Rainbow Mountain and in fact managed to climb Red Valley too. This hotel was perfect for that reason. The cleaning service was particularly impressive. However, all the staff were very professional. I was impressed by their level of English. Thank you for everything.

Please, keep in mind the following information: If you want to be in the central district of Cuzco, do not stay here. This hotel is located 30 minutes away from the main attractions and is situated in a vague part of town. Although the main lobby may appear nice, the in-house restaurant service was terrible and overpriced compared to restaurants in the heart of the city. The food options were also very limited.

We stayed for four nights at the hotel and even though the service was great, the hotel itself is outdated. The air conditioner barely worked in the room, the beds were very hard and not comfortable. We never got to used the pool, but the restaurant had good variety and breakfast was always great. The location is a bit far from the main city if you want to walk, but other than uber/taxis were affordable from there to the main center.

The hotel itself was nice; I was happy with the room and bathroom. But the breakfast was disappointing (just fruit and scrambled eggs) and the facilities (pool and sauna) are only available for a very limited time in the evening.
There is also ongoing construction on the property, which woke me up every morning around 7am and continued all day. It was very loud and noisy in my room, otherwise I would have bee much happier with the stay.
