The hotel is fine, amazing breakfast, but the staff is quite useless.

This is my favorite hotel in South America for more than half a month. The service is very attentive, the room details are meticulous, and every employee is well trained. The hotel atmosphere is very similar to Songtsam in China, but the service is even better. And this hotel is very delicious both for breakfast and dinner. I will only book from this hotel in the future.

The hotel is in a good location, in the old town, six or seven minutes' walk from the Plaza de Armas. The hotel was perfect except for the location. A bit far from Plaza de Armas in Cusco. However, the facilities were clean and the staff service was top notch. Breakfast was very good. I would like to visit again if I have the chance.
