It was an amazing place, if u like antique and nature, this would be a place you can consider. Great staffs, they were able to cater to our needs and complaints in a timely manner. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Just that it’s abit run down and doesn’t have good lightings at night, it was hard to navigate around the resort at night.

Great place for a short getaway if an individual prefer a resort type of staycation. Abit outskirt from the centre location wise. Otherwise all good.

This is my second visit in this year itself ! The staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate our requests. It was a relaxing trip with the whole family. Definitely will visit again.😄

Have a pleasent stay here either great nearby amenities. But unfortunately have wedding event at wadding pool area and I cannot play at the pool and this information is not informed esrlier during booking although in the hotel official wesite. Overall, really a good place go stay!!

Stayed 26-27april2024 Superior double room Rm209 no breakfast Came here for short getaway with my kids, Very smooth chek in. Have to drive to own chalet. Granted for ground floor room as im heavy pregnant now. Spacious and clean room. the mattress n pillow are comfortable, we had a good sleep. Love the zen bathtub and spa like bathroom❤️ Paid rm47 adult n rm25 for my kid buffet breakfast. A lot of buffet menu selection. Worth my money Huge swimming pool. Cons- pool floor not so smooth, some quite sharp. Able late chek out until 1pm. Staff help me look after my kids for awhile upon im checking out at the kaunter Will repeat again. Love this hotel . Last time went here 20years ago when i was kid, Still one of the hotel id love to come back. Thank you Cyberview lodge resort n team❤️

Nice decoration, nice view, good staff. Spacious room and clean. Good taste at breakfast. My kids love swimming pool and enjoy. Indoor playground for kids is good

My experience was disappointing to say the least. Despite arriving for check-in at 2:30 PM, it took until 5:30 PM to finally get checked in, leaving me waiting in the lobby like a fool. Additionally, my request for a late check-out the next day was met with minimal flexibility, only extending from the original noon checkout time to 1 PM. The following morning, after enjoying a swim at 11 AM, I found myself locked out of my room due to a malfunctioning room key. Upon complaining at the lobby about the time wasted running back and forth, the customer service representative had the audacity to retort, "We have an emergency call phone in each building; you could have used that to have the key delivered to you." Am I expected to predict such an issue and trek back to the lobby? Was this information conveyed to us during check-in? It's disappointing that one unhelpful staff member tainted my entire experience. Their dismissive attitude and lack of accountability compel me to leave a negative review. Customer service is paramount in the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, Fell short of expectations.

Nice resort, we like it. Even during Puasa month, the staff services also 5 stars and excellent good! Helpful, friendly, most important is very PATIENCE to our a lots questions 👍👍👍 Especially thanks to Mr. Syafik (parson me if remember wrongly) for his kindness and excellent services! Strongly recommend for short staycation if you like green, quiet and cozy place.

Not much choices for food during Ramadan period. But overall it’s quite pleasant. Staff are friendly

Went here for a weekend getaway and to enjoy the iftar buffet. The room is so spacious! And I love the bathtub, it’s giving spa vibes! The hotel is on a huge compound so you can drive and park your car near the chalets. We’re lucky to get our room on the first floor 🥰
