It just beside Lotte Mart... And walking distance to helio night market.. overall hotel environment and service is nice and clean.. will come back to stay again if travel again to danang.

I stayed at the hotel that day and I think it will be very memorable. It's a quiet, small hotel, but I received good service and it was clean, which was great. The breakfast atmosphere is very good and recommended. However, the massage next door was so bad ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

The price was very reasonable, and Lotte Mart was right in front. The pool was well maintained and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would like to visit again

I am writing a review to help tourists who cannot sleep if there is noise around them. Before checking in, we wrote to the hotel and asked for a quiet room with a good view from the window. During check-in, they clarified whether our request had been fulfilled. The girl at the reception said that the room category we chose did not have a beautiful view, but the room was quiet. OK. At about 5 am we were awakened by strange sounds and noise that did not stop. The noise was on the entire floor (6th floor) and on the floors above. I immediately went down to the reception, there was an administrator on duty who spoke practically no English. I asked him to change the number because I couldn't sleep. He said there were no numbers (false, there were numbers). OK. In the morning after breakfast we went down to the reception again and asked to be moved. They explained to us that this was noise from the cleaning of the pool, which is located on the floor above. We were moved to a room on the opposite side with a good view. But the next morning we were woken up by the sounds of construction. There is construction going on next to the hotel (right in the next building), noisy all day, no relaxation. And you will also worry about getting your towels dirty, otherwise you will be charged a fine. There are different situations, but this is not very client-oriented. Pros: the room is very clean and spacious. The employees try to help, but not right away, they lie that there are no numbers.

I will write down what I felt after using it. * It is located next to Lotte Mart, so it is convenient to purchase snacks and mangoes for souvenirs. I felt like there was good security until I was assigned a room and took the elevator up. You must have a room key to use the elevator. The interior of the bathroom was also nice and clean. There are no environmental factors that could cause noise around the hotel. # There are some things that are somewhat ambiguous to consider as disadvantages. There is no feeling of cool water flowing out during the shower. There is lotion in the bathroom, but I can't tell if it's shampoo or body wash. (I brought my own and used it separately). Every time I enter the room, I keep hearing electrical noise, so if I decide to ask to change rooms later, the noise goes away. I don't know if I didn't feel it because I became insensitive when I was sleeping, but as time passed, I stopped hearing the noise. What causes it? I didn't know clearly.

Good hotel. The staff is great. The only thing that could be improved is to make the breakfasts more varied to suit Europeans. Rice and pasta always. There were rare potatoes. Although maybe we ended up like this for a couple of days

The location is great because it’s right in front of Lotte Mart. I stayed in a family room and was very satisfied with the price. The swimming pool was cozy, so we used it as a private pool. The bedding was clean and the breakfast was pretty good. I plan to use it again next time.

As I was looking for a 0.5-night lodging near Lotte Mart as my last accommodation in Da Nang with my kids, this place caught my eye😊 The facilities were clean, the staff were very friendly, and I loved that there was Lotte Mart right in front of me, a 1-minute walk away! Haha. Since it was the last day, everyone was exhausted and needed a place to rest, and this is the perfect place. The bedding was so soft and cozy that the kids fell asleep right away after washing and changing their clothes. Thanks to that, I had a good rest. lol I wanted to go to Sun World and the night market visible from the window with my kids, but I gave up because I fell asleep. Friendly staff who allow you to check out at any time. We told them in advance that we would check out at 10 o'clock, but the Grab was scheduled too early, so we woke up the kids, packed our bags, and rushed out, forgetting to leave my husband's card behind. The staff came by and checked once more, so I was able to get my card. Haha. I almost took Grab again and came back ㅜㅜㅎㅎ Thanks to the very friendly staff who moved all my luggage, I was able to finish my last trip to Danang well😊👍👍 The location is so great that it was great not only for 0.5 nights like me, but also for 1 night! Next time I come to Da Nang, I will definitely stop by again haha.

3-day stay, breakfast was good, Jongwomwon was friendly, especially breakfast, staff were very friendly, shortcomings, hotel construction was completed, call for a short meeting, 25 round trip to Hoihan and 25 round trip to Ba Na Hills, waiting time for driver was 2 hours.

The hotel is very newly renovated, the environment is quiet, and the rooms are clean. The price is really an experience that exceeds expectations. It also includes a buffet breakfast, which is delicious, and a swimming pool. At this price, you don’t need a bicycle. If I come to Da Nang again in the future, I will choose this hotel again.

The most satisfactory hotel I stayed in in Da Nang. Except for the breakfast, which was relatively good, everything else was great and highly recommended.

The service and hygiene are okay...it's just that the waiters are a bit weird. When we meet and greet them in the corridor, most of them have a cold and indifferent attitude, let alone talk much...!
