I had a fantastic stay at KOI Resort and Apartments! The service was super nice, with friendly staff who went above and beyond. I was feeling unwell during my visit, and the staff were incredibly helpful, bringing extra blankets and offering ginger honey tea to my room for free. The room service food was delicious, and my room was clean and comfortable. There were also plenty of activities to enjoy. Everything was just perfect!

It was a newly built hotel, so it was clean and the overall facilities were good.
It was close to Ohaengsan, so it was good to visit.
However, it was a bit far from the busy area such as Mikke Beach.
All three swimming pools were quite good, but the water was a bit deep, so be careful when playing with children.
The breakfast was also very good. It was a pleasant trip thanks to the staff who greeted me kindly and smiled every time I saw them.

Very bad, don't stay
The hotel facilities are only half complete and still under construction. The renovation started at 8 am. The noise was heard all day. The swimming pool closed at 18:00. It was impossible to have fun. The indoor swimming pool was cold
